Doct Guerrero is amazing and professional I will give 5 stars, but the billing department and the front desk are insane scams for the appointment. They changed my appointment and no one call me or send me e-mail notting. They tell me you must pay $50 because I don’t go to the appointment 🤔…… I canceled everything and I change my doctor 👨‍⚕️.

It’s very scary to do all the procedure endoscopy or colonoscopy but this clinic is the best I ever know they are from the front desk to inside and preparation for any procedure.The Doctors are so patient and dedicated, the examination crew they are gold and Dr Guerrero is the most kind and lovely doctor .Thank you so much for the care ❤️

Infelizmente, na ultimavez que estive com meu sogro de 78 anos neste medico, para fazer colonoscopy passamos por 1 grande nervoso, ficamos tristes e desapontados, ele estava fraco e caiu assim que entrou na sala com uma enfermeira muito NAO professional , era para ter colocado ele numa cadeira rodas ou segurar firme nos bracos , pois comuniquei antes de entrar, que estava fraco, tratando de uma anemia (eles tinham todo o record a respeito da situacao dele) justamente esta foi uma da causa por que, que procuramos eles, para ajudar descobrir a causa desta anemia ha tempos. Ele ja tinha caido 3 dias anterior em sua casa, e tambem devido o procedimento de jejum que eles passam , incluindo ficar sem tomar medicamentos (dependente de mais de 5 medicamentos todos dias) enfermeira cara de brava , NADA docil ou gentil, e a esposa do Dr Guerreiro, tentou me acusar de varias coisas, dizendo entender de leis, fiquei nervosa chorei, me ameacou, e era suposto, ela chamar a emergencia imediatamente encaminhando ele para hospital, devido a queda, mas disse pra nos irmos ate emergencia, cancelei tudo, fiquei perplexa , tambem nunca conseguimos falar com o medico Dr Guerreiro , sempre ocupado. Meu sogro depois da queda que bateu com a cabeca no chao, ficou 4 dias internado no hospital, eles ou suposto o Doutor , era para chamar, telefonar, nao deram retorno, nunca telefonou ou chamou para perguntar como estava ou como ficou meu sogro. Nunca mais pretendemos voltar, e esperamos que nunca aconteca isso com mais ninguem, triste! trauma e decepcao neste lugar, infelizmente ! so coloquei 1 estrela para poder postar, nao merecem NENHUMA , SINTO MUITO !!!

Quiero mostrar mi agradecimiento hacia Firpo E. Guerrero, MD Gastroenterólogo en Newark NJ. Un Dr muy profesional. Se valora mucho cuando un Galeno te alivia o quita un dolor y luego se preocupa al detalle de tu recuperación. Estoy en buenas manos, recomiendo al equipo de profesionales que trabajan con él. I went to the office for a procedure and I was a bit nervous. The entire staff was professional they made me feel comfortable and relaxed and everything went smoothly. The doctor gave me a courtesy call explaining the outcome of the procedure. I wont be as nervous next time.

Dr.Guerrero was a very good doctor for years, I been his patient since 1990, almost from when he started and had a very small office in Newark, and only worked on Wednesday afternoon for the IAL clinic in Clifford Street. But lately he has changed a lot. I had a lot of faith in him to the point that I was for years without seeing any other doctor, because he didn't take my insurance, so I even changed insurance to be able to see him. But in my last appointment after having the appointment for over 4 months when I got there and they took me, and the man that took me into the room said I be right back and I thought it was a nurse that was coming to take my vitals, but when he came back he said that he was the one taking care of me and not the Dr Guerrero, and said that the doctor was only seeing new patients. I think that is very unprofessional and that I should been notified ahead of time. That I am the one to make the decision who I want to see, and mainly after being a patient for such a long time.

Wow this man has the nerve to call himself a professional? My husband is a patient there who’s been trying to reach him for days and I think he could drop dead and this doctor still wouldn’t answer. What a horrible office, never go here.
