I cannot say enough about the care I have received from Dr. Eloy. He performed surgery on me to fix a "botched" nasal duct procedure. A year later, Dr. Eloy is STILL assisting with ongoing problems as a result of my initial DCR. Thank you for all you have done and continue to do to help me!
I'm a patient of Dr. Eloy and I have been trying to schedule an appointment since last year in September, I get an appointment and get a call saying he canceled my appointment, Been calling ever since , called this morning, nothing and nobody ,so I'm changing my Doctor, will find another ENT.
What can I say he saved my life. Had a recuring brain leak. Under his skilled hands he gave me life. I love him God bless.
Zero stars is not an option….My husband was a patient until his sinus surgery. A surgery tht was 3 hrs turned into 5 with no explanations. Oh the intern says we ran into some unexpected issues really ok. After 7 days and seeing Eloy to have metal yes metal stints removes the same night my husband was rushed to UMDMJ for having seizures(8) triggered from the metal stint removal.. Whn contacted at the same hospital he practices in never shows up and intern comes n says dr needs to see him. Nope no dr eloy. Take him to another hospital for CAT scans n Wht do u know his nose is bone is broken?? Contacted dr from er and Wht do u know he says I have nothing to do with what’s going on. My husband still suffers from the same condition n worse b4 seeing him. Noone would see him because of the botched surgery.(2021-Dec) DONT USE THIS DR.. Anyone know a great lawyer? I only have a yr left
I have been calling the office for three straight weeks trying to set up a follow up appointment. His office staff will not pick up the phone during regular office hours. I had to leave messages with the answering service. The last message I left with the service, I asked to have the office manager to give me a call. Guess what, as of today I still have not gotten a call back from his office staff or the office manager. Unacceptable!
My husband and I are eternally grateful to Dr. Jean Eloy for saving my husband from possible brain damage due to a sinus infection. We went in and 2 days later, Dr. Eloy performed surgery on my husband to drain his sinuses from severe fluid that was infecting my husband’s brain, causing severe, excruciating headaches. He explains everything so that you can understand exactly what he’s talking about. He has great bedside manners! Incredibly intelligent in his field! A multitude of thanks!
Dr Eloy is terrific surgeon !! People have to remember that Rutgers is a teaching Hospital!!
He’s useless I go to see him 4 times and everytime I go to see him he gives me a intern who has to give sending the other trainers he’s training to ask questions, long story short I don’t know why I went so many times because the same problem I went there for I still have, all he does is over charge working people, now I have a $722.56 bill for nothing do t waste your time if your going to see an ENT go to a private practice if you have private ins. Dr. Eloy is LOSY & USELESS!!!
My surgery was today what a difference already thank you so much.WOW

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
