A fabulous doctor and a wonderful Human Being! I've been going to Dr. Brown since she started her practice. I have a few gastro issues, and she has worked with me for over 25 years! I moved 100 miles away, but I still go to her. She is a gem!!!

Terrible customer service at the office in Newark. I'm waiting 3 weeks for a prescription that was not submitted to the pharmacy. Called the office but they always give me all kinds of excuse being the latest she was on vacation. I'm serious thinking about going to visit other GE doctor.

Dr. Jennifer Brown is an amazing kind and definitely caring Dr. She has amazing bedside manner and expects you to also follow her instructions for your care and treatment. She will make sure you have all proper tests needed to find your diagnosis. However, she will not put you through unnecessary tests. I highly recommend her. As a virtual "tea totaler" I was offended beyond description as this provider insisted I am an alcoholic. She doesn't have any legitimate reason to believe this, yet nothing I could say would convince her otherwise. I would never use nor recommend her services ever again.

This rating is not for Dr. Jennifer Brown. It is for the unprofessional staff. I called to make an appointment and was placed on hold twice. The first call-I was left on hold so very long that I had to hang up. Called back and was placed on hold again. When the rude female clerk picked up, she had an unprofessional attitude as if I was bothering her. I told her I had to call back and she slammed the phone into ear!!!! Based on the way I was treated today, I will chose to be seen by another doctor. Dr. Brown if you are reading this review or wondering why you are not getting new patients, you may start with observing how your clerks handle incoming phone calls!!!

She is very caring.Listened to what I was saying.She answered all my questions. Spent time with me.Follow up care was great.She did not rush me.I can all anytime if I need ger.She went over my procedure step by step so I could understand what she did.In the end she saved my life.If it wasn't for her I would not be here today.
