After 25+ yrs I have to part with my doctor who I really liked and will still say he’s a great doctor, the staff especially the front desk are terrible, uncaring and will not help you in anyway possible. I’ve tolerated it and they continue to be rude and unhelpful. I do have to say the nurse that took my vitals last on Oct27 was and always been very professional and caring. Lucy also took me by surprise as her attitude has changed and not for the better. They get away with it since it’s mostly non speaking English patients but I will speak on behalf of everyone. People complain to each other and that is no help. They got to comfortable in that office and the daily routine has just became a job with no kind of emotions. I’m very upset that I will not be going back to Dr Osorio, but I will not continue to receive the service those ladies provide at that office. I will give Dr Osorio 5stars but not the overall experience

Staff highly unpleasant, doctor worse than staff - Waiting time min is 45min. Paid $700.00 for tomography and blood test, but they refuse to give me the results.

Im doing a follow up review. First time the staff was unfriendly and made me wait for hours for a physical, just to tell me that I couldn’t do it because it wasn’t a year yet. This time I waited only 10 minutes and the doctor was quick. The new staff is good and way better

I have been a patient of Doctor Osorio for quite a while. I understand that when you go to a Dr. office or any office their is some waiting time. Needless to say the staff is friendly and helpful, I have seen when patient have been rude and the staff tries there best to explain the reason behind the delay. As for Dr. Osorio he always knows what he is doing. I rather wait and be seen because that indicates if he takes long he is doing his job.
