He will put your life in the hands of interns and wait for them to go give him feed back instead of doing the job himself . I was there 3 times and the same thing happened. He ordered blood work for me it came back abnormal it has been 2 weeks now I didn't get a word from my supposed primary doctor. I called to set up an appointment for labs reviews and was given appointment in July. Pls get yourself a more accessible doctor not this one.

Love this doctor. He remembers me when he sees me. He explains everything clearly. As a patient you know he has your best interest. He explains the pros and cons.

I am caring for my 81 yr old Father who happens to be one of Dr. Bustillo’s patients. This Dr. office is horrible! Every time I try to call to speak with someone or make an appointment, no one ever answers the phone! I called to have my Dad’s prescription refilled and it was never done! I am disgusted with this office! I will be looking to change my Dad’s Doctor! The nurse is unprofessional as well!

I am responsible for the care of my 81 yr old father and this Dr’s office is horrible!!! No one EVER answers the phone, they never return calls, they don’t refill the prescriptions with the pharmacy! Nothing gets done! I’m going to change my Dad’s Doctor! This Doctor is not for us!

Dr. Bustillo cares about his patients health! He is great Dr. for both my elderly father and brother! They became his patients after Dr. Rice passed who was a excellent Dr.

It's really hard to get in contact with Dr Bustillo and every time someone calls to the office, the staff are so rude and they don't try to help anyone. Also, to make an apt is so impossible. Then, if you have an appointment when you get to the office, there is no record of it, these people are not professional and they don't care at all. It's horrible.

Dr. Bustillo is an very good doctor with great bed side manor. Very honest and truly wants to see his patients improve.
