She is one of the best Doctors I have ever been too. She is very caring and professional.

Dr. Duncan has been my family doctor for over 11 years; I followed her throughout several of her office locations. As a professional, she provides outstanding and knowledgeable service. In addition, to courteous, caring, and patience that is sometimes lacked among physicians. The wait is always worth it because she gives you a personal touch and a listening ear to express your health concerns. I never feel rushed or as if my health concerns are not valid.

I have been with Dr Duncan for over 10 years and although you have to wait she is the most humblest caring doctor I have ever been too. She takes time to listen to you and is willing to help you get better in anyway she can. I hope she will continue being my doctor even if I have to travel. I wouldn't exchange her for no one.. Dr. Kathyann Duncan is one of the most personable physicians I’ve ever met. She treats her clients with respect and sincerity. She is thorough and works with all her patients regardless of their socioeconomic status. I have had the honor of being a patient of Dr. Duncan for approximately 3 years and have recommended several others to her so they too can share my experience. I love her and would give her 10 stars if it were possible as we need more healthcare professionals like her around.

Dr. Duncan is the worst doctor that I’ve ever had and I’m almost 50 years old. She does not care about her patients at all. She leave town without notice. Cancel appointments at the last minute and forget about the wait time. You will be in there for hours so don’t make any plans after your appointment. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS DOCTORS OFFICE TO ANYONE!!

Terrible, doesn’t have on call doctor, leaves the country unannounced and her patients left in the wind, forget the ridiculous wait times. The staff is unprofessional, always messes up messages, which go unreturned. If you have option you should try that before making an appointment with Kathy. Chances are you will not see her but rather doctors in training will be taking care of you while dr Duncan does nothing in the back if she’s even present in the first place, clearly not a real doctor.

I have been a patient of Dr. Duncan for a few years now. While I do like her as a doctor & person , the service at her office is absolutely TERRIBLE! On more than one occasion I have waited over an hour to be seen the most recent time (which was months ago at this point) I waited almost 4 hours to be seen. VERY UNACCEPTABLE. When I voiced my concerns about the long wait time I was told that I'll be seen shortly but the wait was absurd. As much as I like her I will never go to her office again. I am currently seeking a new doctor.

I've been a pt of Dr. Duncan for about 4 yrs now Out of convenience. But she is thus far the worst! Either she's over an hour late or your waiting over an hour to be seen! Not to mention you can never get through to the office over the phones and when your in the back with her you basically run the show her energy is so low!
