Worst practice ever I've been to the ER multiple times due to my tonsils, I've called to make appointments but their response is that the doctor is booked. One time they even told me well if it gets worst you're just gonna have to go back to the ER, where they tell me that there is just so much that they can do ! I understand that this doctor doesn't have a relationship with my insurance nd she isn't obligated to see me if she's booked but it's the first time that a doctor turns me away not once but multiple times ! I should of been changed my doctor my aunt complains about her staff ! I have a ear infection nd my tonsils are swollen the antibiotics that were given to me in the ER aren't helping and their response was I'd have to wait till next month for an appointment when I been dealing with this for two weeks I can't even talk cause it hurts so bad ! Y'all can drop me from the practice btw ! I'm searching for a new primary doctor anyways !

I have been a patient at UMDNJ/Rutgers for more than 15 years. Being blessed to have a team of doctors who care about me and treat me as a person instead of a patient. The doctor and her staff go beyond their way to make sure all my needs are meet and my medical care goes without notice. From the first day meeting her, she has made me feel welcome and comfortable both by the friendly competence and the pleasant environment of the office. She takes her time to explain my medical in depth and makes sure I make the right decision for me. Her support in my decision-making goes in great length and I don't miss a beat when treating with my specialist. Accommodation has been made when I am in need of an urgent care, with flexible time to accommodate my schedule, even if it is with another provider. Her knowledge, skill, and professionalism make her a well- rounded doctor. I have highly recommended this doctor to family and friends. It has been a pleasure and an honor to have Dr. Maritza Delarosa on my side.
