Dr Michael Vives and his team successfully completed the difficult surgical treatment and plan for my father. Words could never express our gratitude for all they did and continue to do for our dad. We very much appreciate Dr Michael Vives skills and the care he have brought to the treatment of my dad surgery. My dad feel most fortunate to have him as his surgeon. I just left an appointment with this doctor. I had to ask him if he was a doctor, as he could not answer simple questions or form a full sentence. No bedside manner. I would absolutely never trust this guys opinion, let alone allow him to do SURGERY! Hope his hands are steadier than his speech ****UPDATE**** The doctor saw this review prior to doing my patient notes and decided to retaliate by lying in my care plan. He even edited his attending physicians notes to exaggerate saying i was going to punch him! I’m still in shock over that one. Honestly steer clear of this guy. There are much better doctors that actually care about their patients’ health

Dr. Michael Vives is an Amazing doctor! He removed a cyst from my spinal cord and it was a complete success! He is a professional and compassionate doctor and I am so very blessed to have him for my doctor.

I had to have emergency back surgery and thank God for Dr. Vives. My surgery was a success and I am still seeing him for follow up appointments. He is understanding and compassionate!

He is an outstanding and amazing Doctor!! He performed emergency lumbar surgery on me 7/20. His resident Dr. Shen was also amazing. Dr. Vives explained everything to us and his knowledge and the way he made us feel so comfortable and safe. He is incredibly knowledgeable, Compassionate and sooo smart!

Im 18 years old and had a herniated disc on my lower back that was preventing me from having full control over my left leg, after a year i decided I couldnt take the pain anymore and went for surgery. We found this guy and he's honestly the best surgeon I could've asked for, he guided me through the entire process step by step and made me feel comfortable with it too. Would 100% recommend.
