Dr Ton misdiagnosed my child for two years. I even specifically asked if my daughter could have a certain birth defect, and had Dr Ton laugh at my suggestion. She diagnosed my daughter with something minor instead. During the two years we saw her she missed many hallmark signs that my daughter was misdiagnosed. When my daughter nearly died two years later, we found out she had the exact condition Dr Ton had laughed me off about. For your child's safety, take them elsewhere, please.

Didn't get to see the doctor because I'm not the parent, and I was also 10 minutes late for a first visit. Wasted time looking for the office, in a building with confusing settings and nobody to assist you. If the doctor is good, her office staff make it a negative experience.

We were very pleased with our visit with Dr. Ton. She took her time with us and listened to our concerns. She provided great suggestions and insight that pointed us in the right direction.The staff was very friendly and made our child feel warm and welcome.

I would recommend this doctor to others and family. Very helpful, knowledgeable, attentive and friendly. Spent time talking to me and my child about issues. Her office staff was very nice. Arranged for my child to be seen immediately because of her severe symptoms.

My comment is not going to be about the doctor herself as I didn't get a chance to see her but the staff is terrible!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Just making an appointment was the worse experience ever!!!!!!!!!!!!! rudeness to the extreme. I was placed in hold too many times while they were taking my son's information. I will never call them again as I can imagine how would've be to go there for the first time if over the phone was a terrible experience.
