Muhammed Ayub's Online Review Report Card

He may be a great doctor but good luck with his staff just trying to schedule an appointment. This has to be the WORST STAFF in the history of medical staffs. They will transfer you until you throw up.

Smart doctor. I have used him for over 20 years. My mother (who worked in the hospital) and my dad relied on Dr. Ayub as their primary doctor. There is no doctor that I have ever trusted more than him.

Dr. Ayub is an excellent, concerned physician. He's very thoughtful and thorough. I'm glad to have him as my doctor!

HE IS A NO NONSENSE DOCTOR THAT LISTENS TO EVERYTHING YOU CAN POSSIBLY SAY. HE IS ALSO THE TYPE OF DOCTOR THAT REVIEWS YOUR CASE BEFORE HE EVEN THINKS ABOUT HANDING OVER ANY OPIOIDS TO ANYONE! MY KIND OF DOCTOR!!!!

Expect a 4hr wait, the staff is like that guy on the path train with corn n his beard yelling at nothing that no-one wants to sit next to. quite hostile, but I guess they have 2 be that way because of the location...Don't confuse the two, ONE is a clinic and another is the actual doctors office different floors, I made the mistake of setting an appointment with the clinic... we dont have enough space for my complaints. Bullet points ... worst phone demeanor ever, WILL get ur meds wrong, Penn station. If your reading this online "trust me", your too sophisticated for this level of service

I liked Dr. Ayub from the first moment I met him, he really cares about his patients. I had too have surgery and I was so afraid I asked the nurse to call him, and he came to my room talked to me and I felt better. All went well and I’m much better. Dr. Ayub is the best.

Expect a 4hr wait, the staff is terrible. they gave me the wrong prescription. So my prescription wasn't filled for a month while they tried to fix it. Im seeking a new Doctor. Calling the receptionist is a nightmare, despite how nice I was she still seemed hostile. I regret being referred to this guy

Dr muhammad ayub, is one of the best internal medicine doctor's that I have come across in my 20+ years of coming to Newark Beth Israel medical center. I have had a few different primary doctors but no one that can compare to Dr M Ayub. He is very compassionate and will do anything in his power to get you to feeling better.

Horrible patient care, I have been trying to get my diabetic father's prescription changed from a $200 prescription to an prescription since Monday, January 30, 2017 (Father has not been medicated since his D/C from hospital on 1/27/17). Today is Friday February 3rd and my dad still doesn't have his medication. I have been calling his office everyday without fail since Monday, today Friday, the office is closed and he still hasn't called Walgreen's to change the prescription!!

Dr. Ayub and his staff treat you as if you are an annoyance and not a sick person seeking care. The staff have a constant exasperated tone and consistently either transfer you to someone who doesn't pick up, or offer to call back and do not. I have twice had to get treated at an urgent care facility (once for a sinus infection and once for tonsilitis) because I couldn't be seen for several days. He is the first doctor I have ever had who is rarely available when you are sick. Who can wait three days or more for treatment for a sinus infection? It would be bad enough to be unable to get in, but to be told with an attitude is completely unacceptable.
