Dr. Kaushal and his office were ALL spectacular from start to finish. From late one Friday evening emergency room visit to the day our daughter got her final cast off Dr. Kaushal was professional and caring. There was no doubt he had nothing but our daughter's best interest at heart. THANK YOU

There are no words to properly express the extent of my positive experience or my gratitude to Dr. Kaushal, aka “Dr.K.” We were referred to Dr. K after initially consulting with St. Peter’s and being told that my son’s surgery was extremely complex. From my very first phone call with his assistant Willette, I was treated with unbelievable compassion and respect and a level of courtesy and professionalism that exceeded every expectation. Over several months throughout the process of diagnosis, testing and imaging, I never waited on hold or so much as had to make a call to my insurance carrier; Dr. K’s assistant Willette not only handled every detail – but did so with incredible efficiency and kindness. She should be given a raise, an award and a corner office with windows! Dr. K, and his staff, went above and beyond to speak to my 14 year old son about his nervous concerns and answer his every question.My son’s surgery was performed at Newark Beth Israel – a duration of twelve hours. I stayed with him for the entire five days he was there. I simply don’t have enough kind words to say about every single nurse, doctor, physical therapist, resident, or administrator that I dealt with. The hospital provided excellence across the board – even the security guards and café workers went out of their way to make us comfortable.As a mother – all I can say is if you need a surgeon – this IS your guy! A MILLION thanks to Dr. Kaushal and every single person on his team and his affiliated hospitals.Three months later – my son is bouncing around the beach and now towering over me!

Dr. Kaushal performed spinal fusion surgery on my daughter last month for 2 curvatures in her spine. To say that he and his team are absolutely the most amazing people is not enough. This was a very emotional process for us and we had no idea what we were getting into. When he tells you “your child is my child in the O/R” he is not kidding. He took the most wonderful care of her and had the nurse call me from the O/R EVERY HOUR to update us throughout the 9 hour surgery. He called and checked on her after she was released from the hospital and answered all my annoying tedious questions with such joy. His secretary Willette is the sweetest most patient lady and is completely on top of everything throughout the entire process. We really we very lucky to be referred to him. What an all star surgeon with an all star team! Thank you Dr.K and team!

I couldn't be more grateful to Dr. Kaushal for the wonderful care he provided to my daughter. He immediately made her feel comfortable and involved, which is important to both of us, even at just 7 years old. His demeanor is warm and friendly yet efficient, and he is so incredibly knowledgable and eager to help. Thank you very much Neil Kaushal, you change my daughter and our life completely, my daughter had three curves 90,45 and 65 degree and we were really scared when we knew that surgery was the only solution we had, I thank God every day for putting Dr. Kaushal in our life he explained everything step by step few days after the visit he preformed the procedure which took about 9 hours but I was getting informed about every 20 minutes about how my daughter was doing. We spent few days at the Hospital. They took a really care of her and I. After we were sent home my daughter was walking and moving around pretty good. A month after she’s doing amazing. Pasamos unos días en el Hospital. Nos cuidaron mucho a ella y a mí. Después de que nos enviaron a casa, mi hija caminaba y se movía bastante bien. Un mes después, lo está haciendo increíble.
