Love the staff! Dr. Rae-Layne is the best OBGYN ever. She treats you with care like your family!

The doctor herself is absolutely wonderful! She’s kind and caring and takes the time to talk through all issues you have. However, the rest of the practice is what has the most issues. 1. If you don’t get one of the first appointments of the day, be prepared to wait 1-2 hours before being seen. 2. Trying to get in touch with the office is difficult. They turn on the automated message during lunch and never turn it off so you need to call in the AM to speak with someone. And if you do get the automated message in the afternoon, don’t bother leaving a message. They never listen to them and will be confused if you reference leaving a message. 3. The staff is very kind but a lot of things go missed. My pharmacy tries to contact them regularly for refills and every time they ignore the pharmacy until I have to call myself and speak with them.

Dr. Rae is absolutely amazing, very knowledgeable and an exceptional OB. First time i felt like i was heard by my doctor. She listens to her patients and that’s very rare in the health care system. Staff is exceptionally great as well. Will recommend this practice to everyone.

I had an appointment on Thursday and took blood work to determine if I was pregnant or not. I was told the results would be back on Friday. I didn't get an answer on Friday, called up and the secretary stated she will definitely give me a call back on Saturday. On Saturday, I called the office & the office was closed. Saturday came and went and I didn't receive a single phone call. Not an email. Not a text. Not a carrier pigeon. Nothing. Absolutely freaking nothing. So now I have to wait until Monday. I don't appreciate the unprofessionalism and blatant lack of regard. It's inconsiderate not only to me, but to my partner. If the results are going to be late-- LET ME KNOW. To play me though and have me think one thing and it's another is where I draw the line. If I wanted to be treated like I was at a free clinic I would gladly go to one but I thought this was a reputable practice. I just want to get my results and move on. Monday update: I called the office and the secretary could not find the test results in my chart and had to call LabCorp for them. The same results that should have been there 3 days ago. I cancelled my follow up appointment and I'm very disappointed I was mislead and not shown any type of consideration. I was looking forward to a female, black doctor.

This place has a nonfunctional web portal. They don't respond to Healow messages. They don't respond to voice messages. They're hard to reach. Other facilities let you access your test / bloodwork etc. from the convenience of your home. This place doesn't and you have to come in for whatever documentation you may want. If being technologically illiterate wasn't bad enough they don't make up for it with exceptional care. The care is mediocre to downright indifferent and apathetic.

Dr. Rae-Layne is awesome, she so kind, caring and sweet! I recently had a Hysterectomy and I'm glad I waited! She has great beside manners, she's attentive and she returns calls!! I love everything abt her !

Very friendly office great physician discuss every situation and try different options to see what works best.

I will make 17 weeks tomorrow and I wanted to update my review on the Dr and her office. I had a shaky few weeks in the beginning of my pregnancy due to not seeing her (and seeing another female doctor available to her patients at the time) in the office and the front staff, but at this time I can just chalk it up to hormones and leave those feelings in the past. I have enjoyed my meetings with the Dr. since entering in to my 2nd trimester. She is kind, understanding, reassuring and very matter of fact. I leave the office confident in my care and my baby daughters care. I am more than excited for my delivery in December and I am looking forward to leaving another review when I deliver my girl under the care Dr. Rae-Layne or one of her close colleagues. I am so ready!
