The staff is TERRIBLE. . . Took Weeks to get someone on the phone just to make an appointment. They told me to come in on a Friday just to find out when I got there Friday they were closed. They scheduled my son for the following busy day 10am just to show up at 11am. The service is horrible I will be changing doctors ASAP !!!!!!!!!!!

Dr. Patrick Martin usually be on time with vaccine for kid but I don’t how it possible for a doctor like him can’t order a vaccine for any kid as his patient. And appearlty I was a phone with the receptionist it seem she a new person and very rude and nasty human I ask her to put me dr. Patrick Martin on the phone and she didn’t she give a a lot bs it happen today. I’m going to change my son doctor I won’t go there back there ever again.

My son has been going to Dr. Martin for years since he was a baby. He's such a great doctor, takes his time with us, answers all questions and concerns far beyond our expectations. Great receptionist also!!! They feel like family to us.

Dr. Martin is a GREAT doctor. But he has very unprofessional staff who does not keep up with the patients, almost lost my insurance card, and hang out like they're on the street. The only other problem is that I went to get an emergency appt, and they told me they had no doctors because both were sick.. no referral was given. Luckily, my child was not running a fever and was able to wait two days later for medicine for what turned out to be allergies.

Dr. Martin's wait time is long because he does not rush his patients out. He answers all questions and has a great rapport with the kids.
