Three years ago I had major surgery performed by Dr. Kaye.I couldn’t have ask for a better Dr.. During these past 3 years her dedication, professionalism and caring is only exceeded by her kindness and thoughtfulness. Her concerns about me and my well being during my follow up visits have been so meaningful.Dr. Kaye has also been instrumental in educating my wife and I about what had transpired for me to have the surgery in the first place. Dr. Kaye has a reassuring quality that ( for me) the strides that l have taken will continue to be positive.

I Went to 2 Doctors before Doctor Kaye Was Recommended to me, I HAD a tracheostomy tube in my neck and having difficulties with my vocal cords staying open. I Went To 2 Different Doctors Before Doctor Kaye and the Last Doctor Referred Me to Doctor Kaye. When I First Went to Go See Her; I Didn't Have A Voice. She Did the First Surgery Without Promising That I Will Be Able To Talk, She Was Just Going in for Measurements and to See What Was Going On. Woke Up from Surgery A Little Soar But 2 Days Later I Was Able To TALK.... Now She Was Able to Remove Both the Tracheostomy and Return My Voice. Doctor Kaye Is The BEST! After My First Surgery, I Was Comfortable with Her Because She Made Sure That I Understood Everything That Was Going On. It Was a Long Process but I Assure You That She Gets Her Job DONE!

She is a great doctor. But those receptionist in the front are really rude and unprofessional. They need training. Besides that this doctor has been taking care of me since 2020.

Dr.Rachel is Amazing each time I’ve come to her office she makes me feel very comfortable in her care and is attentive to all of my needs. Thank you for all the great wonderful care.

Dr. Kaye was a blessing to my mom and we are grateful to have her treat my mom. Dr. Kaye "squeezed us in" quickly due to the worsening of my mom's condition but she was pragmatic and did a thorough assessment. She was kind, empathetic, patiently answered our questions, honest when we asked for her professional opinion and transparent about risks associated with the treatment options. We had visited with multiple doctors in other practices but it wasn't until we spoke with Dr. Kaye that we felt confident the recommended surgery would be the best option to ease my mom's condition. We are very happy with the outcome of the surgery and the support from Dr. Kaye prior to and after the surgery.

Dr Kaye operated on my SIL twice. She is kind, reassuring, knowledgeable, and took extra time to speak with us face to face about the outcome of the procedures and the next steps for my SIL. I would recommend her to anyone.

Unbelievably amazing doctor. Only one to figure out my issue after multiple ENT's could not. Great at explaining what was going on and made the understanding that much easier. Awesome bedside manner and positivity in figuring out a solution.

Dr .Kaye is both knowledgeable and friendly. She did not rush me through my visit and took the time to understand my concerns and answer my questions. She was up to date on all the latest research regarding the issue that I came in with. I spoke to two other ENTs before speaking to her. I wish I had known about her earlier.
