I’m not recommended this hospital is horrible and disgusting .my wife gave a baby in that place and they stopped attending for almost 2 hours due to lack of doctors.

Servicio al cliente pésimo. Tengo que hacer un pago que mi seguro privado no me cubre y quería hacer un acuerdo de pago y nadie sabe decirme donde .me dan un número donde me habla una maquina que recibe solo el pago completo

Es triste y lamentable Q en este Hospital Haiga médicos profesionales de verdad dedicados a su profesión con todo el Corazón pero Q estén Rodeados de tantos morenos (@)Rasistas y personal al frente Rasistas haciéndole la vida de Cuadritos a los Familiares de Cualquier Hispano Q se allege a Este Hospital pues para mi entender este personal antes mencionado sólo llega a su labor por el Salario no por Q sienta pasión por su trabajo pude ver una familia Hispana llegar al caunter para solicitar el pace para darle el último adiós a su Hija y le impidieron la Entrada usando sus técnicas de llame al maneger Q ellos saben Q nunca encontrarás y por hay Rompen hasta que de verdad te hacen perder tu tiempo y cuando ven que continuas tocando puertas te siguen tratando más mal para Q te sientas decepcionado y te tengas Q ir Es triste y bochornoso para un Hospital con profesionales tan dedicado a su labor en una ocasión bajo con migo una Doctora de nombre Olga y le preguntó a una trigueña del caunter Q que habia hecho para ayudarnos y no tuvo Respuesta pues no están para Servir sino Q solo están por el Salario.

DO NOT GO TO THIS HOSPITAL, ITS SHAMEFULThe worst Hospital in Newark, the staff was lovely but the management is terrible. Chaotic, unsanitary, and negligent; I came in with whiplash and waited 5 hours for service, they did blood work, I had to leave due to work then went back a couple of days later and it took them over 8 hours see me, they conducted a ultrasound then told me I had nothing. I received a bill for $270 in the mail then a MONTH later a phone call regarding a $4,000 bill for the ER visit. They will waste your time, money and energy, they won’t answer your questions clearly and the financial counseling department never picks up the phone, Even though you have to set up an appointment to fill an application for charity care; I communicated with their supervisor and I was told to just go and set the appointment ( mind you now I have to miss two days of paid work to deal with this, even though other hospitals offer the application online)This country does not care for its sick, poor and needy; they will charge the highest amount to the uninsured. Enough is enough, this is a publicly funded university hospital; shouldn’t treatment be free for the public ?

Worst hospital ever, mom was brought in from getting hit by a a uhaul driver and she was bleeding from her head and they had her wait in the waiting area

The ambulance are horrible I call at11 pm they called me at 3 am asking if I still need a ambulance Smdh

Terrible place, I came in via the ambulance because of a car crash, literally been here for more than 6 hours and still waiting to be called

Those in charge of this hospital should check the cameras from the ER. I went this Sunday and the experience was terrible, I only waited 5 hours before I left without being treated. During this time 4 people were drinking coffee, 2 were eating sandwiches given by the unprofessional staff, even one person was with a cigarette in his mouth and what bothered me the most was the smell of urine. This place is unsafe for the poor condition and the the high risk of getting COVID. The authorities should investigate the horrible conditions of the ER..!

I went there this morning and walked out after seeing the floor of the er waiting room and bathrooms. If you do go plan on getting covid. That place is nasty to say the least.

apparently this hospital is ok with discharging someone AS THEY HAVE A SEIZURE. Judging from the other reviews this isn't a surprise. None of these residents need to be made doctors and the whole hospital needs to be retrained
