After all those years i just want to say ""Thanks a lot Doctor Jyung "" ! You did a GREAT job ! You bring back my son's hearing ! He's now talking just like you & me .Also want to thanks all your team who was participed to make it happened. Especially the audiologist R.N God bless you.. Mr. T.N

I was able to see Dr. Jyung immediately when I had an appointment with Dr. ℛ𝒶𝒾𝒶 this past Thursday and complained about my left ear otalgia accompanied with fever. Dr. Jyung was able to assist me since Dr. Ying isn’t available at the moment. Upon meeting him for the first time, he interviewed me and treated me with antibiotics. He’s very thorough and honest and always ask me what does Dr. Ying says about my ear. He’s gentle and firm. He is great at follow ups appointment. Today, it’s my last day of meeting Dr. Jyung, I never had an issue about Dr. Jyung. After the end of our session today, I honestly told him how much I appreciate him so much and I thank him for helping me at this time. Thank you Dr. Jyung for being so honest and including me in your decision making. Thank you so much for treating my left ear otalgia. Until next time then. It was nice seeing you. Not good services I had to drive 30 min and then after looking for about 20 min they told me that they cancel it last min because of a surgery the doc is doing and they didn't let me know 😡

I have never come across such an arrogant doctor like Dr. Robert W. Jyung. He dismisses everything you say and does not care to listen. He talks over you, and throws you around like a ball to other specialists. He is absolutely terrible and I wasted my time with a doctor like him. It’s a shame.

I really don’t care how long I have to wait to see Dr Jyong , he is an awesome doctor . Thanks to him my son didn’t loose his hearing . Dr Jyong has a great heart . He is a beautiful person, he always take the time to explain everything and he does care about my son. I can’t thank him enough.

Good Dr, horrible practice. Currently waiting in the exam room which is on its third hour from my appointment. And there are STILL patients in the waiting room! It took me weeks just to get a follow up exam after he ordered testing. Please find someone else. Shame. Follow up to their response. I called and they could not take the complaint because it occurred at St Barnabas Ambulatory Care in Livingston. To their credit, they did apologize. The review stands as is. Go somewhere else.

Words can’t describe how grateful I am to have had Dr. Jyung as my ENT surgeon! He does a wonderful job of walking his patients through this stressful journey. He is very personable, knowledgeable, and will take the time to answer any of your questions/concerns, which made me feel very comfortable! It has been 2 months since my tumor was removed and I’m feeling so much better and looking forward to a full recovery within the next couple of months.

I said that I was going to write a review every day that I can about this bad doctor. I was talking to my wife today, and she remembered everything that she when through because this bad doctor and started crying. She used to cry every day for months because of the pain and noise that she felt and still feels almost every day, the worst thing it’s that Dr. Jyung didn’t want to do anything. The last time that we saw him he knew what when wrong with my wife surgery, because he wanted to do the surgery again. I’m 100% sure that he remembers who we are, if not Dr. Jyung my wife name it’s Shirley Buendia. I hope you can sleep after all the damage you did to my wife and my family, I’m not going to stop telling people what you did to us. Tomorrow I’ll let people know why you decided to operate my wife in a week, after you told us that you couldn’t give her an appointment till next year.

This place has no concept of decency. This place has no concept of being communicative. This place is not disability friendly or accessible. I'm unsure whose task with MyChart messages; I think it might be Sharonda and she's terrible. It is just a convoluted cycle of shouting into the ether waiting for a non response response from this facility.

Dr Jyung made my terrifying experience very smooth. Not only was he companionate towards my fear but explained everything to both me and my son in detail. His professionalism is undeniable. He spend a lot of his time reassuring us all will turn out positive. Wonderful man and God certainly blessed his hands for people like me. Thank you Dr. Jyung. Jennifer colon
