Hardly available. More interested in making money than treating. Made no changes in prescriptions in four yrs tho my diabates went worse loosing sugar in urine. She won't test sugar in urine n ignores d condition. Won't refill eye drop for Glaucoma. Met every 3 months n blood work from specific lab who pays commission.

She is rude to her patients. I understand she is busy but she needs to learn some time-management skills. Patients pay to see her and she needs to treat everyone with respect. She is also in the office twice a month so it is difficult to see her when you need her. Also her front desk staff is unprofessional.

The office staff was outstanding willing and able to help with all paperwork. Very professional atmosphere. The wait was not long at all to say I saw both doctor’s in the practice. I highly recommend Dr. Shah. I truly got a feeling of concern the appointment was not rushed and for me that speaks volumes.

Dr. Shah is one of the best Healthcare professional I have ever met. She puts these other practice to shame her support staff is only 2 other people besides her. Referrals you can get in about 15 minute if you have the doctor NPI number she draws her blood own blood work. Beside Doctor Wayne Caputo She is the best Doctor I have ever had!!! She was my mother Doctor since 2009 and continue to go to her still.

She is unprofessional and rude. Please dont take your elderly parent to this doctor as she doesn't have bedside manners and will rush them out of the office without trying to diagnose the problem. I would not recommend this docto to anyone.

Dr. Shah is extremely rude. She talks to patients with little respect and tries to tear down their character. It may be time for her to retire. The rest of the staff is very nice however. What a shame.

The wait is really bad even if you have an appointment. But I like the fact that she can take your blood and doesn't send you out to a lab, which would have added more sick time away from work.
