Vincent B. Ziccardi's Online Review Report Card

I was referred to Dr. Ziccardi because my bottom wisdom teeth were severely impacted and compressing the nerve. It was quite a scary situation with the risk of nerve damage to potentially cause numbness, tingling, loss of taste, etc. I am so grateful because he was able to get the teeth out without causing any nerve damage! Dr. Ziccardi and the residents on this team are clearly exceptional surgeons and I would recommend anyone see him that has a similar issue I had.

I had a great experience with Dr. Ziccardi and his surgical team. They handled my case in a timely manner. He answered all my concerns and explained clearly the procedure that was going to be performed. The day of the procedure I was a bit nervous about the pain I would feel after. The Anesthesiologist made me feel at ease, and I did not feel groggy whatsoever when they woke me up. The Dr. Prescribed pain meds incase I needed them. But, thankfully I did not need any pain medication at all after I was sent home. My experience was GREAT 😊

Dr. Ziccardi and his team are amazing on what they do. Office staff are super friendly I couldn’t be happier with the results I got at this place. I would recommend them to anyone in need of oral surgeon. 👍🏽

I have been collaborating and working with Dr. Ziccardi for almost 7 years and he has always been easily accessible, professional and knowledgeable! He’s an excellent surgeon with a great eye for esthetics! I highly recommend him to any patient or doctor!

Dr Ziccardi did surgery on my mom, he saw her only once after surgery and never again! (It has been 5 months since surgery) The office doesn’t respond phone calls to make an appointment! We have been calling for 20 days, and we don’t hear back from them Please don’t take your loved ones to this irresponsible doctor/staff. Terrible service. We made appointments with Dr. Ziccardi, and residents that know NOTHiNG about my moms Jaw Dystonia show up instead. Residents just make it worse every time they see her. My mother is still suffering and has her jaw open all the time, she isn’t able to eat or speak properly, and these doctors don’t even make an effort to see her. She even asked one of the residents that showed up instead of Dr Ziccardi for an X-ray and they denied it, basically sending her home without doing proper examination I wish I could give 0 stars to this doctor

No help what so ever from Dr.Ziccardi, it was a waste of time and money. He spent hardly any time and was very uncaring. Doctor, its easy to be cavalier when it’s not your mouth that has the problem.

I have worked in oral surgery for more than 15 years. Before that in medical for another 10 years. I have worked with many doctors that I love and respect very dearly. Dr. Vincent Ziccardi is one of those amazing doctors. For years we referred many of our complex cases to Rutgers UMDNJ. I never new any of them personally. I always wondered what it would be like to work there. I used to think, wow if my surgeons are referring to him, he must be the best. And as god as my witness, he is. He comes very highly recommended by many of his peers. His specialty has patients coming from all over the United States just to see him. Listen my surgeons were good surgeons. But Dr.Ziccardi is one of the great ones. I can now say I have the honor and pleasure to work for not only RUTGERS UMDNJ, I have the honor of being his surgical coordinator. You have no idea what a privileged it is to come to work every day and love what i do. He truly has made a difference in so many lives. He has a love for his patients that is profoundly heartwarming. He comes to work with a smile and he leaves with a bigger smile. I highly recommend him.

Office staff is untrained, rude and unable to find surgical records for my patient. They kept me so long checking in I missed the beginning of a surgical consult. When I asked Dr Ziccardi a question, he told me to ask my child to explain it to me on the way home. I do not recommend Rutgers or this doctor, terrible experience.

Great with my child, very knowledgeable and soft spoken. I highly recommend Dr. Ziccardi and his team.

Dr. Ziccardi is very attentive and explained a lot to me, his chair side manner is amazing. He is one of a kind!
