I left a review before about Dr Ackad. I cant stress enough how wonderful she is. On December 3 2020, Dr Ackad saved my life. For two days my right leg was slightly swelling and was just a little sore. My boyfriend look on "dr google" and came back with at least 20 things that could be wrong. Dr. Ackad is a great doctor. She truly listens to her patients needs and concerns. True the location isn't the best, but one should never judge a book by it's cover! There are so many doctors that don't take the time to understand what's going on with their patients. I've been in doctors office's where you spend more time in the waiting room then you do with the doctor. Dr Ackad is not like that. She's old school. Her patients matter to her! I'd follow Dr Ackad were ever she would go!

Dr Ackad has been my doctor over 10 years. She's very good in her practice, she's very caring, takes time to explain to you about your health and answers questions. I'm glad to say she's my doctor.

If I could I would give her office -10 stars. They don't answer the phone. I can't imagine how she even stays in business. If you want a doctor that cares about patients..... This is not the place for you.

I travel from Jersey City to see Dr. Ackad. She's very caring, almost always accessibleher office number forwards to her cellphone when she's not in, and she will transmit prescriptions & referrals without having to go see her every single time you need something (within reason). Her advice is practical & sound, such as avoiding salt when dealing with joint pain, avoiding sweets when trying to lose weight, and drinking plenty of nutritious fluids when nursing. Her office staff is good, pleasant and efficient. The wait time varies from 5-45 minutes depending on what time of day you go to see her. Some of her patients are very sick or very low-income, but the waiting room is kept quite clean though a little small.
