I am a new patient at Wellbrook and have yet to begin weekly therapy. But I am beyond impressed with the staff, particularly Nicole — hence my 5-star rating. She is unfailingly polite, courteous, professional and beyond helpful. My initial virtual session with psychiatric NP, Christina, was very fruitful; she gave me more time than was scheduled and offered a ton of helpful, straight advice/resources.

Great experience here. I’ve seen Dr.Moore and he is very kind and understanding, I actually feel heard. I had to call once to reschedule last minute and the staff were very friendly. You don’t find that very often.

UPDATE: Wellbrook emailed me for feedback on my session, to which i replied with honesty, as i did in my original review here. Literally same day, within a couple hours, someone from the office gave me a call to address my unpleasant experience. Her name was Nicole and she was very sweet and empathetic to the situation. They offered to give me new session with a different provider. I really appreciated Wellbrook addressing this issue and trying to make it right. However, they did call me again to ask me to update or delete my original review. This was a bit awkward to ask, i think. Nevertheless, i understand and had planned to edit (but not delete) my review anyway. Just in case someone else out there wants a full picture of my personal experience here. I look forward to my new session coming up and will update my review again afterwards. Original Review: Absolutely awful experience after just one session. The psychiatric evaluator literally kept yawning throughout our entire session. She seemed like she truly did not want to be there. I already feel like I am making a big step personally in seeking psychiatric help. This definitely did not help. She was cold, uninterested, spoke over me, drew very quick conclusions, and even restated something of my experiences incorrectly! Like, HELLO?? Are you not paying attention to what I am saying?? I unfortunately made an appointment here because they accept medicaid, but after this session, it's clear I am going to have to be on the hunt for a different place.

Wonderful service. I’m extremely happy about the therapist I am seeing. As well as my psychiatrist. They truly hear you out and care.

Dr Jeffery Dynof is a very good doctor he really listens and understands everything that I tell him!! The staff there are also extremely helpful and the nicest people I ever spoke with!!! I met with a lot of doctors and Dr Jeff is the best I’ve seen and I’m the most comfortable with!!!

Update: I received a call from Anna (super sweet and very detailed) in billing after posting my review. I do appreciate that she took time to go over my insurance’s and reasons they don’t accept private pay. She also provided me with referrals to other providers who accept Aetna plans that aren’t Medicaid. She took her time and explained. Unfortunately near the end of our conversation after expressing issues with PPD she made an incredibly poor and distasteful dark humor comment regarding Suicide and laughed it off . Being the daughter of a parent that committed suicide it’s never a laughing matter and I was quite offended. Also she did mention her Supervisor requested that I change my review at the very end of the call. Original review below: Made an appointment and was called this morning to be told I can’t be seen because they only accept Medicaid which I have! There website clearly states they are in Network with all Major Health Insurance which must be false. I have Aetna private insurance through my spouse job, NJ Horizon BCBS(Medicaid), and Medicare that’s 3 insurance plans that they say they accept but the lady just told me I can’t use. When I tried to explain she just over talked me and told me what I had wasn’t acceptable because it was all through Medicare. She barely let me speak and she didn’t even have the details of my insurance to give me the correct information. So I asked about private pay and I can do the reimbursement on my own. She says No only Medicaid and none of my plans qualify even the Medicaid NJ Horizon BCBS plan 😳. I never been turned away from a medical provider for being over insured or willing to private pay in advance. I knew these reviews and the website was too good to be true.

I had the pleasure of working with Manita and she was definitely thorough, understanding, professional, and helpful! I would recommend to anyone that needed the help!
