I really wish I had trusted the other reviews. Dr. Cervi is rude and she rushed me through my appointment. I felt like she had no idea what she was talking about and I was uncomfortable with her. In addition, probably because she was rushing, she keyed in my claim incorrectly, which caused my insurance to bill me incorrectly. I tried arguing but the staff is equally incompetent. Please drive a little further and go to another doctor.

I was a patient more out of familiarity. I'm not from the area and going to a GYN is intrusive enough. She's very detached. I had outpatient surgery and she didn't come to check on me to see how I was. Every single time she saw me it was like seeing me for the first time. There was a human disconnection that was weird.

SHE IS THE BEST!!!!! - I been with Dr. Cervi for over 10yrs she delivered my twins 7yrs ago and did my whole pregnancy with my 5yr old. She is very caring and attentive to my needs I wouldn't trade her and I always highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for an OB/GYN.

Too crowded and people weren't socially distancing in here. My appointment was at 10:30 and im still sitting here at 12:30. No one has even called me to check my i.d and insurance card. Everytime i come here i waiting for several hours. Customer service is horrible and I'm tired of being treated like this every time i come. If i decide to stay i won't be back i will find another dr. I vome every 2 yrs because of these reasons and i need to find a dr that i can see every year without waiting to be seen for several hours

Dr. Cervi is the best OB/GYN doctor. I always recommend her she's nice, caring and just good at what she does. I've been going to her for over 10 yrs and any concerns I have she checks it out to reassure me. I won't see nobody but her.The staff is excellent and nice as well together make a great team.

I’ve been going to Dr.Cervi for about 10 years now. Thankfully , I don’t have any issues or concerns and don’t need “treatment “ because in the last few years - she has canceled appointments frequently whether a few days or day before (with future appointments that work with my schedule being 2-3 weeks later ) . She’s a great dr... very knowledgeable & thorough but there has to be some consideration with patient scheduling.

WAITING TO GET SEEN MIGHT BE ALITTLE PROBLEM BUT WHEN SHE DOES SHE ME SHE TRYS TO SPEND AS MUCH TIME WITH ME TO MAKE SURE I UNDER STAND. I THINK SHE IS A WONDER DOCTOR SHE RECOMMENDED ME TO A GREAT DOCTOR TO HELP ME WITH MY PROBLEM AN IM SO BLESSED TO HAVE HER BECAUSE NOW I GET THE RIGHT TREATMENT AND CARE I NEED.
