I have not enough words to thank Doctor Ying. I went to her office because my child didn't pass his ear screening test, also wasn't breathing properly, but through this mouth and was snoring really bad, also he kept waking up all night long because of the breathing issues. She did his check up, and explained to me step by step what should be done. I asked lots of questions that she answered nice and calmed. Even when I was terrified, because it was too much information for me to listen, i was really confident about her, because she never rushed me to take a decision. So after days prior the visit, i did, i took a decision and was the best i could've done. She did ears tube, and adenoids work. A month after surgery, my child passed his hearing screening test, now he listens perfectly, and he is breathing normally, again through his nouse, and hi is not snoring anymore, and sleeping all night long. Dr Ying definitely changed my 4 year old child's live, and also mine. We can finally sleep! Thank you Yu-Lan Mary Ying! You are the best.

Highly recommend Dr. Ying, especially for disabled veterans like myself requiring Cochlear implant surgery. After an auspicious beginning with a long wait time, I was so happy I stayed with Dr. Ying and recommend her most highly. Caring physician, professional provider, great office staff

I waited more than two hours to see this physician who had no time for me. She couldn't be bothered to do a basic exam or learn about the past attempts I've made to get assistance with noise sensitivity and rapidly declining hearing. She claimed I couldn't suffer from noise sensitivity because I don't have migraine headaches. A headache is all I got out of this useless, insulting consultation.

Waited more than two hours to see this physician who had then had no time for me. She never asked why I was there, she didn't review any of the records and imaging I brought to the appointment, she didn't conduct even a basic exam, she denied that I could have the symptoms that I sought her assistance for, and she clearly had no interest in helping me.

dr ying is very encouraging she made me understand what I needed to be done and she came through for me so she is great in her field, and understanding such a gifted doctor, knows all patient also great bedside manner love her. May God bless her and guide her.

So I volunteered to be the medical team lead for a refugee family from Afghanistan - RAMP - Refugee Assistance of Morris Partners. This family had a very sick baby who had multiple medical issues including severe to profound deafness Thru Early Intervention of Morris County we were referred to this doctor and her great team especially the fabulous audiologist, Dr Nicole Raia. Now the clinic is in Newark and sometimes there was a bit of a wait but getting a "specialist" on Medicaid, which is the insurance the family had, is really challenging and we were so happy to find these doctors. The two year old had surgery for cochlear implants in December and I am delighted to say she now CAN HEAR! Wow! Thank You! Dr. Ying is an incredible surgeon. Our son Reynaldo has a medical conditions that makes him high risk for any proceedure. Dr. YING was very well informed and took all necessary steps to insure my son received clearance for his cochlear implant. She communicated with all his doctors to insure he received clearance. Her department was professional, her sugial coordinator Linda was prompt to answer all my emails and calls and answer any questions promptly. Her surgical team was also great.
