Just another Sussex County doctor who doesn't care about his patients for whatever reason. Lack of good education maybe? (Yeah I know med school but not everyone's exactly gonna be top fo the class) Aging? Idk but he really he just says anything stupid comment that pops into his mind without regard for his patients' wellbeing. Kind of a jacka** honestly.

The office staff is absolutely horrible, especially on the phone; and that is if you can actually reach someone via phone. Rude people. Cannot wait for my son and father to find another doctor to use. The doctor barely give you more than 2 minutes and you feel as though he wouldn't even know your name if asked.

Dr. Buyer is a terrific cardiologist. He performed both a TEE (trans-esophageal echocardiogram) as well as a cardiac catheterization on me which resulted in a careful diagnosis of my heart problem. He spoke with the heart surgeons at Morristown Medical Center and provided me with all the contact info I needed to schedule my open heart surgery there. The surgery was successful and I continue to see Dr. Buyer twice a year for checkups. Highly recommend Dr. Buyer.

Terrible! Went in and told him my feet and ankles were swollen and was having trouble breathing. I have other health issues and he just blew me off. Didn’t even make eye contact or look at my legs. Said he would schedule an MRI but didn’t think it had anything to do with my heart Saw my rheumatologist a week later who put me in the hospital that day. Was there for 2 and a half weeks Had everything to do with my heart! I usually saw Victoria Kresse who is the PA in the office. She is wonderful She had a baby and is on maternity leave. I’ve switched everything down to Morristown.

I found Dr. Buyers to be kind, supportive and knowledgeable when it came to explaining my significant other's condition and options. He made a very difficult situation manageable and eased my mind. Thank you Dr. Buyers :-)

Had my first visit with Dr Buyer and by far the best Drs visit I've had in some time. Really made me feel comfortable and enjoyed taking with him. Was a huge help for sure.

Recommend Dr. Buyer highly and still see him for checkups twice a year.

Used him for about 15 years now - since my previous was unable to control BP issues I was having. We find him caring, aware, and extremely meticulous. My wife was a nurse and knew him from the hospital before and her position is he was far the most competent of the staff there she worked with. Never ever a question - and since we moved to PA we travel 30 minutes further to his office over the prospect of switching. PS when you see a one star review you need to question the circumstances for sure!

First time with Dr. BUYER today as my last heart Dr. Left this practice. I have never seen a more insensative uncaring Dr. In all my life. If He spent 4 to 5 minutes with me that was a lot. I felt like a peice of meat on a convayor belt in a money machine. He couldnt even tell me the results of my blood work. Said he would have a nurse tell me Needless to say i will be finding my last Dr. And i will go back to her wherever she is. Left there very upset at how i was treated. He even told me to go to Hackettstown. Like he didnt want to see me.I hope he reads these and sees how the patient feels.

For so many years Dr. Buyer has been taking care of all of my husband's heart problems. God has given Dr. Buyer the gift of healing and I truly believe my husband is still with us because of Dr Buyer's care. Thank you God bless Dr Buyer.
