WORST office staff I’ve ever dealt with. I waited a MONTH for an extraction with associated abbess, only to be told they couldn’t take me because I was 15 minutes late, mind you, they wouldn’t allow me to drive myself or call an Uber, so I was at the mercy of my grandmother’s ride. The woman who picks up the phone is completely miserable every time I had to talk to her she had an attitude there was one nurse who is beyond sweet shorter lady with brown hair she deserves a trophy for working with the lady who answered the phone. I know this is Medicaid and a lot of people don’t have an option like I didn’t but if you do do not choose this doctor!!! Terrible way to run a business and get somebody prepared for a dentist appointment which usually gives people anxiety to begin with. In addition she told me I could not come if I was 15 minutes late and then didn’t even reschedule my appointment to reiterate I had to wait a month for this one that was scheduled and I was only 15 minutes late because I was at the mercy of another ride due to their requirements. Super frustrating to say the least not to mention I still have an abscess and now the infection could go into my bloodstream and that lady could care less she should not be in this business, without putting on a smile no pun intended.

Office staff is very rude. They make fun of patients (ex: Flo picks up a call with a "different" name & the ladies have a grand laugh.) I needed a tooth pulled & Sosna left me after 2 surgeries with the same problem. A hole between my tooth extraction and my sinuses causing wwater to come out my nose and mucus to constantly restrict my breathing. They won't answer my calls because he told me there's a 3rd surgery to fix this problem but they have blocked me He would've gotten 4 stars (-1 for office staff) if he held up to his word.

Just had another big procedure done by Dr Sosna and his lovely assistants. I can't praise this office enough. I LOVE THIS PLACE. Seriously I hate getting my teeth pulled and these guys make me feel so comfortable and at home. If ANYONE needs a tooth pulled or anything you have been holding off because you are nervous I highly highly recommend coming to see Dr Sosna. Very professional and excellent work.

Just got two wisdom teeth removed here. The doc was great, he made sure I knew what was happening, did everything perfectly, seemingly efficiently as far as I can tell from a patient perspective, and very quick and painless The most important part of the experience and the reason I felt the need to go out of my way to make a 5 star review was one of the nurses (I'm bad with titles and apologize if that is technically incorrect), Tracy (Tracey*?). She is one of the most down to earth enjoyable people I've met in general let alone this profession. She very quickly made me feel like we'd been friends for years with everything in common, was an absolute sweetheart helping to ease my nerves/anxiety which I usually suffer very badly from especially in medical settings. She was able to converse and relate to me, ease all the worries that I had and make me feel very comfortable and relaxed. It was like having an old and really good friend there with you, to the point of feeling safe and comforted hearing/seeing her in there with, all while staying highly professional and getting what she needed to do done. Truthfully all the employees seem very friendly and helpful but Tracy goes far above and beyond the norm and I recommend requesting her when you visit

My consultation was great. The staff was pleasant and so nice. They told me I had nothing to worry about while they did my Ex ray. Then I met my oral surgeon. He was very pleasant and had a smile. I went back to have my tooth removed next thing I know it, it was over and I was on my way home. Thank you Dr Sosna you and your staff are awesome!

The office staff had extremely rude people working but one amazing nurse and I wish I knew her name! The doctor was absolutely terrible. He pricked me with the IV without gloves on, and still attempted to use the same dirty needle. I had to go back multiple times to get my tooth fixed and he went to remove it he packing when, there wasn’t any in my socket. He dug in my gums. The pain was unbelievable the entire 4 week healing period due to this. I do NOT recommend

I truly do not understand all the one star reviews. I was TERRIFIED of getting my wisdom teeth pulled. I mean I had panic attacks the whole month of preparation. Dr Sosna and the nurses there made me so reassured that everything was going to be okay. The needle went in my arm, I was talking to the nurse, I passed right out and woke up right as they were finishing. Very friendly and professional. No complications during the extraction and I'm 27 years old so the teeth are fully formed. Couldn't recommend more.

I would not refer anyone to his office. Staff is incredibly rude.I was informed by my insurance company that someone at that office tried to bill them for a procedure that was already performed. I have and will keep the paperwork my insurance company sent me. I would not refer anyone else to visit this office

Evil man. Went to him as he was the only doctor I could see immediately for a horrible toothache. I was treated so poorly I was literally crying when I left his office. He was the nastiest person I have ever met, such a cold evil personality and no bedside manner whatsoever. Extremely rough with the numbing needle and caused an abscess where the needle was placed. I cannot believe he is able to practice! There must be hundreds of people reporting him. I am truly horrified from this experience. I would pull my own tooth out rather than ever have to see this vile being ever again
