Dr Purcell staff, notably Nicole and Shannon are the best. There are very concerned with your health and get you in to see a doctor as soon as possible all of the time. Yes the wait is long for Dr Purcell however he spends a lot of time with you once you get in the examining room he does not rush you one bit. Worth the wait

My elderly grandmother had a follow up from an ER visit. We went to her appt on time, and waiting in the exam room for 1.05 hrs. There was one other patient in the entire office. I was livid that she would be treated this way. When I asked if this was normal, she told me yes. How can a DR. treat his patients this way. I will take the time and find her a Dr. that cares.

Dr Purcell is very thorough and explains things in detail. If you are in a rush always, he is not the dr for you! However, if you want to learn about yourself, then he is definitely the professional to listen to. Wait times are very long but I expect that when you know dr Purcell is giving each of his patients the best diagnosis possible!!! Huge fan!! He’s helped change my life for the better!!!

Dr Purcell is the best doctor I've ever had. He has many degrees and is happy to help you treat any area of health you may need and is qualified for. The wait times are long and I understand why, it's REALLY worth it! He spends as much time as he possibly can getting all the details about you to really determine what is best for YOU unlike most doctors. Super quick to get back to messages left at the office if he's busy. Extremely knowledgeable man who helped me realize I wasted several years at a doctor who was completely checked out. The office staff can be kinda rude to me sometimes which makes me a little uncomfortable, but I get it because of how many people get grumpy with them about the wait times, which is out of their control. Even so, 5 stars because this doctor really saved my life and made me feel like someone who could actually help me WANTED to.

This was the worst doctor I ever had. He dictates to you what specialist to use and gets mad at you if you use someone else. His wait times are an hour or better.total disregard for his patience time. He feels he is better than everyone. Real arrogant guy. Will never go there again.

If English is not your first language I don't recommend you to make an appointment there. The receptionists are not friendly and Kelly is super rude and not helpful at all. Dr Purcell is a very good doctor, but if you need referral or to make an appointment you will be treated very bad!

had my first visit and wait time was just unacceptable - over 3 hours wait time, i took my parents to the office to see a different doctor and they waited about an hour, i had an appointment 2 hours after that, so i waited for my parents to finish up with Dr Shah, after an hour and a half they came out finally and i came to receptionist for Dr Purcell and told them that i have an appointment and they told me that i would have to wait another 2 hours until he sees me - this is totally outrageous!

Dr Purcell is great. His office staff schedulers are AWFUL ( a 2+ hour wait is not unusual)
