I am very proud to find this Dr after 29 years.I hope his healthy and well.I don’t forget when he saw my son he was only five years old and he’ll find out he has something wrong.in the end they find out he has a brain tumor. he’s great now and I want to appreciate him for saving my son life God bless your

Horrible wait time . Horrible communication . Staff doesn’t follow their own Covid protocols . I highly recommend ANY other doctor . Especially if I were bringing an infant .

Dr Pupo is a decent doctor but the negatives of this office far outweigh the fact that he’s decent. The office is dirty, proper sanitation is not preformed. His nurses are not nurses and are unqualified. The reception staff is miserable and there is no communication within the office. They don’t return phone calls, line is almost always busy and when you finally do get through, they are nasty. The doctor doesn’t even reference back in the child’s charts, he prescribed my daughter an antibiotic that she is allergic too, which was in her chart.

I have personally known Dr. Pupo for 21 years since I was a child. He’s the only Doctor I trust in Sussex county he really takes great care of his patients.

I like Dr. Pupo but I called in to ask a question about my baby and the receptionist(Jessica) was so nasty and mean to me on the phone that I couldn’t believe it. I’m not one to make reviews but something should be done. This isn’t the first time I’ve called and had an issue with a reception.

Dr. Pupo was my pediatrician and now cares for both my daughter and son. He is one of a kind that they just “don’t make anymore”. He truly cares for your children and prioritizes their health and well-being. As a new parent, every little thing scares you. Dr. Pupo displays confidence, competence and provides educated and experienced responses. He is the only pediatrician in the office and, although appointments may take longer than what is expected- covid aside, this allows for 1:1 continuity of care and he never makes you feel rushed. All questions are answered or responded to promptly. Even on off-hours or weekends, he is available 24/7 and returns calls and goes above and beyond to provide your little ones with the best care possible. I recommend him to anyone!

Dr. Pupo was my dr as a child, and now hes been my sons pediatrician for 12 years. Hes great with him, explains things and doesn't rush us out like many other doctors I've experienced.

If you have a special needs child STAY AWAY!!! Firstly I walked into a dark office. For whatever reason they decided to keep the lights off. The office staff was so rude to my son. They tried to reprimand him for flapping his arms and stimming and attacked him when all he wanted to do was say "Hi". My son is ASD nonverbal and he thankfully had no idea they were being mean to him. What kind of pediatrician's office hates kids? Absolutely do NOT recommend!
