I've had good experiences here so far. Dr. Sieminski is a no-nonsense, cut to the chase, let's figure this out kind of doctor. My wait times here have been minimal, and it's been pretty easy to get appointments and test results. I will keep using them.

Excellent caring staff and fantastic doctor. I’m not sure what the other reviewers are complaining about. The whole process was seamless. You call and make an appointment. If you are that sick you should go to hospital. Dr Sieminski was compassionate and understanding. Willl be my doctor for present and future.

The worst front staff I have EVER experienced. Immediately waited on hold for 15 minutes, got to a person and was put on hold again. Whomever came back on the line was the nastiest person I have ever dealt with in a healthcare setting. Called to ask some questions as a first time patient and was met with the worst attitude and the most unprofessional front staff employee. As a lead receptionist at another Drs office, I am completely floored by the unprofessionalism of this staff and the disrespect they have for their patients. I see many complaints on the front staff in the reviews and it’s a shame the Drs are now associated with a terrible front staff who will continue to steer their patients away. Will never and would never recommend this location to anyone. This review really should be 0 stars.

This has been my primary group for the past 10 years. But it has to be some kind of medical malpractice to REFUSE to see sick patients. Tell me, how can you listen to someone’s lungs to determine whether they have pneumonia or bronchitis from over the phone? Take a guess? Throw medication at them? Do you realise how dangerous this is to do when your patient is pregnant? What is the point of having a primary care physician when they won’t see you? Very dissatisfied. I wish I could give zero stars.

P.A. Chuck has been my Primary Care provider for over 20 years (Andover and Long Valley). He is thorough, thoughtful and compassionate. I would highly recommend him as a PCP!
