List of Warren L Galeos's Reviews
I was seen today at 11 o'clock. The front office ladies were amazing and I truly wish that I can give a five star review. They were so nice fit me in when I got into the back room I waited. The doctor came in and made me aware that this was only a one time appointment, he was supposed to be at the hospital that I was seen at twice this weekend and he was not there so he was giving me the courtesy of finally seeing me when he came in to the office he started cleaning my ears. I was asking questions again, and he was making sure that I knew this was only a one time appointment, he then inserted something in my ear and hurt me to the point where I yelled and broke down in tears and at that point he hurried me out of the office and I had to leave has the ladies asked me if I was OK, crying because my ear was bursting with pain if you asked me that he's not a doctor that cares about his patience that's just a doctor that cares about a paycheck. If he saw me when he was on call at the hospital, I wouldn't of had to go into his office.

The office staff is amazing very friendly kind, Dr Galeos is the best you are not a number you are a patient takes his time with answers questions If I could give the doctor and his staff more stars I would give them a 10 thank you
3 weeks develop severed tinnitus after ear infection. Came to Dr. Galeos which said hearing was within normal range and will eventually in weeks or months go away. No additional help or guidance how to deal with this condition. The hearing test was $165, new patient sign up $322. Called billing and they said that what they charge when you are new patient for you to fill out paperwork online. No other services. Needless will go to another clinic for patient support with less hidden fees.
Let me start out by saying the office staff here is wonderful, however we will not be returning to Dr. Galeos for our ENT needs. I was charged a telehealth visit for Dr. Galeos to review bloodwork results over the phone. I asked if this could be waived and was told it was "his policy". I have never been charged for reviewing bloodwork by any other doctor I have interacted with. This makes me feel like he is just trying to get more money from his patients, which is so disappointing.
My son lodged a bead up his nose. The doctors at the ER couldnt see it or get it out. Dr. Galeos made himself available and saw us immediately after the hospital. Most importantly, he got the bead out with ease. Making a seemingly traumatic experience into a smooth and positive visit. My son left with a teddy bear and in good spirits with his nose clear of the bead. Can't thank him and his staff enough!
I scheduled appt because I was told by referring Dr that Galeos did throat pouch repairs. He and his staff were very cordial. In the first few minutes of my visit, Galeos informed me he does NOT do that type of surgery. He then said, "Well you're here - let me take a look". That action led to a total bill being generated for $736 ($322 for office visit and $414 for 'Diagnostic Laryngoscopy') -- No mention that looking down my throat (no benefit to me) was adding so much charge. Medicare was charged and I owe $55.61 out of the $736 bogus charge. I contacted the Dr office and no action taken - no reduction of charges - not even a courtesy call to understand my upset.
Horrible experience. I have had Menieres disease and tinnitus for many years. Over the past 4 months it has gotten worse. I went to Dr Galeos in hopes of getting help. In addition to the vertigo I have chronic sinus issues and ear pain. He walked into the room and told me I dont have menieres I have BPPV without any examination. He glanced in my ears for less time than my GP does. I told him about my sinuses and ear pain, and asked could that be causing the flare up and again he told me that it was BPPV (to diagnose the Dr needs to perform an examination which he NEVER did). He then handed me a piece of paper with an exercise to do (which is supposed to be overseen by a professional the first time) and told me to you tube it! Told me I need a hearing test that they would do there but his staff hadn't scheduled it so I would have to come back for another appointment! Completely unprofessional. Acted like I was wasting his time. Needless to say less than a week later and I'm seeking help from another doctor!
The staff of this office is extremely rude and hung up on me. Will never go back to this facility due to the way I was treated.
Professional, kind, efficient. Answered all my questions - great "bedside" manner.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
