I think Mr Eric Jackson is very professional but at times I believe you don't remember sometimes the conversations that we have maybe it's because he has a lot on his plate well other than that I think he's a great doctor I made him my primary doctor and he's willing to work with you and help you for anything that you have problems with and with that said I would just like to say thank you Eric Jackson for being my primary doctor I would also like to say I have to change where I get my meds from CVS on Skyler Ave and Belvedere Pike I have to change it to the place in North Arlington it should be I believe I'm not sure but I have to call it up thank you. By the way don't send no more meds to the CVS at 4:40 Schuyler Avenue unfortunately there was a misunderstanding and I'm not allowed to go in there because when I went back in there and I counted the pills first they tried to give me 90 when they were supposed to give me 120 when they gave me the 120 I poured them out and counted them and it was only like four missing nothing serious but the principal is what counts and I told them there's four missing there's not 120 here and they had their audacity to call the cops and the cops asked me to leave so as I was leaving the cops were pushing me putting their hands on me and I have it all on video of them putting their hands on me and then he said I can never come back there again so

Dr. Jackson is hands down the most attentive, understanding, and congenial doctor that I have ever had the privilege of seeing. I had to leave him behind when I moved from New Jersey to Connecticut, but I would’ve taken him with me if I could’ve!

Was my doctor for years I moved to Morris County too far away but for the years that I did go to see the doctor he was very attentive and gentle giant and would give tests that most doctors don't even think to give he gave me a CAT scan of my lung finding I had a condition when the x ray actually didn't show anything he looked deeper the staff is always been nice and kind to me

Dr.Jackson helped me get my diabetes under control and cared for me during and after Covid early on in the Pandemic. Thank you Dr.Jackson! I would recommend him to anyone seeking straight forward health care with a great bedside manner.

I was a patient for years but It's been a while since I have seen Dr. Jackson. I changed insurance. Even when I didn't have insurance he was able to help me with a very serious situation and Im very greatful. I have to say he was always caring, attentive and professional. I would even say a gentle giant. Lol!

the staff is beyond rude and unprofessional. The office is literally a waste of time the doctor refuses to see any patients that are sick because of "covid" tells you to go to urgent care if you want to see what you have....

Professional, thorough, friendly. Completes all necessary yearly bloodwork, formal EKG (not many doctor offices do this), and has a professional bedside manner with friendly aura. Would definitely recommend. Very accommodating during COVID times as well for refill of prescriptions.

I called in to make an appointment to see Dr Jackson! The appointment I was given was at 4:30pm. I get there and the front desk was clueless! Supervisor had an attitude! I would not recommend! Before you see the doctor, you have to get an attitude from “supervisor”!
