IF I COULD GIVE HIM A 0 I WOULD, UNFORTUNATELY NOT POSSIBLE. IF I START TO DESCRIBE WHAT HAPPEN, THIS IS A DOCTOR THAT SUPPOSEDLY BEEN TREATING MY 15 YEAR OLD DAUGHTER FOR ANXIETY AND DEPRESSION. I HAD PREVIOUSLY LOST 2 APPOINTMENTS, BUT I CANCELLED WITHIN PROPER TIME, THEN I PLANNED TO GO TO FLORIDA LAST MINUTE TO SPEND XMAS WITH MY FAMILY, AND I HAD NO ONE TO LIVE MY PET WITH, SO ALL I ASKED WAS THAT I WOULD PAY FOR AN EMERGENCY APP, TO GET HER MEDS AND A NOTE TO TAKE PET IN CABIN (EMOTIONAL SUPPORT), I ASKED THE GIRLS IN THE OFFICE TO PLEASE SPEAK TO HIM, NOT ONLY THEY WERE RUDE, BUT THE DOCTOR AS WELL, MY DAUGHTER LEFT THAT OFFICE CRYING. OMG I HOPE THAT NEVER EVER HAPPENS TO HIM OR HIS FAMILY. HE SHOULD KNOW BETTER WHEN YOU ARE TREATING YOUR PATIENTS FOR ANXIETY AND DEPRESSION. VERY VERY SAD AT THIS DOCTOR! :(

They don't even deserve a star... by far the rudest doctor I have ever been to... the receptionist are rude also... the Dr. Has a chip on his shoulder like your bothering him... WILL NEVER GO AGAIN!!!!!

It is much to my chagrin I am writing this review. I have been with Dr. Francis for his entire career 27 yrs. his rude and very nasty receptionist passed me a bill for service at the front desk. I had never received the bill but she insisted she "KNEW I GOT IT". I asked did she send it with return receipt she state no so she cant attest to me getting it just he sending it. it also has reporting to your credit company indicated on the bottom. so I questioned why the bill was not sent in that fashion 30 , 60 90 days since it was five months old I informed her of the fair billing act. She says I am not going to argue with you. I hadn't argued i questioned the bill. but When i go in for my exam. Dr Francis, crossed his arms stomped his foot and gave a nasty lecture about my behavior. and then said fair billing act like I have some nerve. !! i felt so uncomfortable with the whole ordeal I decided then and there this Dr./patient relationship is over. He had the unmitigated gaul to say if you cant afford it, make arrangements and if you don't understand your insurance call them. but you owe it. Owing it has nothing to do with what I was asking or questioning. however, I had come in because of pain and blood pressure.. this happened he didn't look at my chart ask but my Blood pressure was 218/118. first do no harm right DOC!! Then broke the client patient confidentiality by calling my job and speaking to the CEO. Which allowed herself to be brought in it by not asking was I representing the agency.. However, I am pretty much extremely proficient.. at the rights and law. It's accurate and COVID slowed the process but reported him to AMA.

Been my doctor since I was a baby, my son as well. I trust him with our health. He’s great!!

AUG 2022 UPDATE: I appreciate Dr. Francis. He is an informative Dr. Can be brutally honest which my be offensive to some but for me it is REAL!!! I need the honesty and respect it. I am going to make you proud Dr. FRANCIS. I will do better and be better so I can get off the meds.. LOL My review of Dr. FRANCIS is you either love him or you hate him. Honestly there is no in between. It took me over a year to understand him. In the beginning of me going to see him, I did not see that his "bed side manner" existed. I could not relate to him. However, as time passed on, I grew to understand him. But I do get him now. So my review is fair. He is BRUTALLY honest. People MAY see him as disrespectful which I did in the beginning but you need to understand him. He gives it to you straight. The wait time is crazy even if you are the 1st to arrive. His reception staff may not be the friendliest to some but he is a good and smart doctor. He knows his stuff. I do like him... 🤷🏽‍♀️

I luv Dr.Francis been with him for 27yrs. And I alway have a great visit!!! ❤️

So shocked from my experience here just now. I’ve been going to Dr. Francis for 16 years and never had this happen to me. I was going to get a check up and ask a few other questions.. first when he came into the room he seemed already agitated and upset. He asked me if I had thought about the acne clearing medicine accutane that he recommended my last visit and I said no I researched and it’s not a good fit for me has many side effects that I don’t like. That’s when the frustrations really started with him he starts to tell me I don’t know what I’m talking bout the research I read was wrong etc etc.. I tell him I’m ok I dont want to take it and from that point forward he made all my questions seem like they were unimportant and was waving me off with his hands.. very rude and showing no care about my concerns, I ask him about a problem that we spoke about on my last visit and he says he has no recollection of us speaking when we clearly spoke about it but I suppose he just stopped listening that day smh. I asked for a checkup and he goes to tell me in a nasty manner eyes rolling that my insurance only pays for that once a year and I didn’t know that I was just trying to make sure everything was ok with me and I’m healthy. He was very rude and unprofessional .. he really walked out the room on me while I was still talking like I couldn’t believe that. Never had a problem with him up until today. The way he handled me disgusted me for my doctor I will be ending our dr/patient relationship after today

I just came out with my jaw dropped… I never had felt so bad with the way this arrogant, lack of touch this Half way Doctor treated me… It was disgusting his treatment, it doesn’t matter the health insurance I have you don’t walk away leaving me talking … you don’t event know me to prejudge if I can pay cash …if you can’t help humanity then you are in a wrong career! I don’t think he is in the best behalf of his patients and I also think he missed diagnosed people just to get money… I injured my knee and my wrist do to kickboxing… and he came out saying I need chemotherapy… I DO NOT RECOMMEND this arrogant lack of empathy Doctor.
