Good afternoon, this Dr. says that he has 13 years of experience, but I went 6 months ago to be my main doctor and in the tests he did, he saw an infection in the urine and he did not send me anything and yesterday I presented urine with blood. Blood sends me a treatment that when I run out of pills it does not improve, I make an appointment with a doctor so he must remove his license and he tells me that I have an infection but he does not say that, I think he is wrong in his role as a doctor

The primary physician prescribes medicines that have potentially adverse side effects. I received a stomach ulcer of the duodenum as a result of my doctor's medications. A second medication was prescribed with a side effect of bleeding stools, that I refuse to take. Be warned, do research before taking any medications from this doctor. There is almost never any room for appointments, but that is understandable. Please do not respond to this comment.

I started going to Basil 6 or 7 years ago througha recommendation by my pharmacist. He was nice and I recommended him to my family. But as time went on I realized I was just a number and I stopped going to him. My mother continued to go to him even after I told her not to go. So fast foward this past June my mother developed a cough and went to Basil to check it out. He said it was allergies even though my mom said the the cough was not her normalcy seasonal cough. She went back 2 more times and he kept insisting it was allergies. So long story short she ended up in the hospital with a walking pneumonia. He did not try to diagnose her real problem. Hes is straight trash...

Dr. Basil has to be one of the best doctors I’ve met, my last doctor always took a century to attend me but he was just as good! Today I came in and I usually always call before heading to the office, i called 4 times no answer and I decided to head over there since it’s close to where I live. Last night I was in a tremendous amount of pain, I suffer from gastritis and the pills I have been taking to reduce it are not affective anymore. I could barely sleep and I could feel the burning in my esophagus. I remember once before I went to the hospital and they had to give me something to numb my throat because it hurt to even speak. Well no one answered my phone call so I showed up and the receptionist was incredibly rude since I got there. I told her I’d like to make an appointment and she asked me my name but was speaking loudly and that’s fine so I spoke to her in the same tone she was speaking to me. I spelled my name out for her etc I was just trying to get attended because I was not well whatsoever. Then she said there’s no available dates for this week but then said you want to see him now? Um yes of course I didn’t even look well either and she asked me what I wanted to see him for so I told her my head, throat and stomach hurt. She said I wasn’t allowed to see him with those symptoms, making me feel like I have covid.. I told her that I have gastritis, that I believe it’s my ulcer and all I wanted was to speak to someone that evidently knows how to treat this, I even told her that my throat hurts because of the acid reflux i was experiencing. Furthermore my head hurts because I can’t even eat because it hurts my stomach tremendously Imagine having a blister in your stomach lining that’s exactly what I felt. I told her my doctor knows my history with this and all I wanted was to show him where exactly on my stomach it hurt because I can tell it has worsen. She literally brushed me off, I told her to tell Basil before I step out but she did nothing but stress me out and I came home in a worst state. I had to go to another doctor where I got a referral for a GI. She told me to go on zoom, woman I already made it this far like im already here at the office.

He is the best doctor ever!!! You will not regret it, he feels more like a friend than a doctor. He is very knowledgeable, listens and knows exactly how to help. He always follows up and makes sure you’re ok.

I can't even give one 🌟rude stuff and they only care about money ! The doctor can't even spend five minutes with the patient ! Always in Rush ! I'm sweetching to another doctor
