Dr Baghal performed a perfect knee surgery for my mom and showed pictures of before and after surgery. Took our many calls with concerns in a kind and friendly manner. His office manager Josie is extraordinary and makes you feel like family. She loves what she does and it shows. Very caring and attentive and called several times to check in on mom. Josie made dealing with appointments during these tough Covid times a breeze. Will recommend to all.

I saw Dr. Baghal after tearing my knee cartilage. He takes his time and throughly explains procedures and/or questions/concerns. I hope I never need another surgery, but if I do would definitely see no one else. Dr. Baghal and his staff are the best. If your looking for a personal one on one experience with your doctor look no farther. Thank you Dr. Baghal and staff! I’m feeling great.

Doctor and staff are friendly but only after you have seen the doctor do you find out you will need to pay 20% of the surgery (if you have Medicare and another insurance). They do not accept Medicare's 80% as full payment like all other doctors do. Very money oriented. My heart broke for the many elderly patients there who have ongoing bills.

Complete lack of proffessionalism The office staff is very rude. They only accept cash otherwise doctor would not see me, which does raise questions. I have never experienced worse quality service! No care about the patient.

Unethical doctor because he care about the money not for the wellbeing of the patient.I got a surgery from both of my knees and It didn't fix my problem. I had to go to HSS to fix the mess he did. Don't trust him besides he is not a board certified orthopedic.

Dr Baghal doesn't care about the well-being of the patients because he rush patients to do surgeries that are not going to fix the problem; them when the patient is still in pain he says "you need another surgery" This baghal try to squeeze all the money from the insurance and even overcharge his patients. Before surgery everything is covered and them sent me bills that he didn't mention when we talked about the insurance coverage. The FBI should go after him because he is fraudulent. This man does not appeared to be a board certified surgeon. He is not help and cares only about the money he can make with unnecessary surgeries.

I have always had issues with back pain. A couple of years ago it got a lot worse and I started to feel weakness and numbness. That is when I saw Dr. Baghal who told me I had a slipped disk. He was very helpful in explaining what a A herniated disk was and what my options were. In the end we decided on surgery and since recovering I have felt great. I reccomend this doctor to anyone in North Jersey!
