Jeffrey Raskin's Online Review Report Card

Dr. Raskin refused to submit a request to the Insurance company which caused me to have to cancel my procedure!? While, I completely understand the necessity of requiring proper transportation after a procedure, I do not understand why Dr. Raskin refused to submit a request to the Insurance asking that they provide non-emergency medical transportation (NEMT). I checked with the insurance and the NEMT service is approved under my policy, but I had to cancel my procedure because Dr. Raskin's office said they were not willing to make the request.

I went to this doctor for a potential endoscopy procedure, but it was aborted due to anesthetic issues. I was so confused as there was no explanation in what happened. They just told me that it was aborted because I had a bad reaction to the anesthesia. Worst part is that they still charged me for the full surgery, and I've been in contact with the billing office since July and they are still saying that they need to figure out what's going on. Does it take 6 months to confirm that a patient did not have a procedure? I was also charged about $500 for a FaceTime call with this doctor that was only about 10 minutes long. He charged me for a 60 minute consultation. Do not go to this doctor if you don't want to be overcharged. Very disappointed.

Dr. Raskin is an amazing doctor. He is very professional and very knowledgeable. He cares about his patients. His office is very clean and the secretaries are nice and friendly. Highly recommend Dr. Raskin.

Dr Raskin is an amazing doctor. He’s very knowledgeable not only in his field but in many other aspects of medicine, he’s always up to date With the latest research, explains everything in detail, he’s kind and caring. Doctor’s like him no longer exist.

The staff was very friendly and attentive. Doctor Raskin was very professional and helpful.

The doctor is a helpful caring doll ! The raskins answers the questions you want and helps you ! How ever is staff seems to give you an issue everytime I call ! They are treating doctor Raskins office as a game ! If I call for my medicine they have to give me some lip ! If you deal with stomach pains it’s already stressful enough ! Today was the straw that broke the camels back . I called cause I was hospitalized last night throwing up blood and pooping blood ! The hospital advised me to see my gi. And schedule another upper scope . I called his officer told his first secretary mind you I’m very scared and I don’t know what to do ! First one tells me you are already scheduled for such and such date ! I tell ma’am I’m throwing up blood it hurts to talk can you schedule sooner me sooner ! Again she repeats herself cause a doctors office is now a media chanting platform ! And I say give me someone with a brain ! She did I called back 4 times finally someone answer this is important you vo

Dr.Raskin is an awesome gastrointernalist, detailed and straight to the point! Staff are very cordial. Office area & exam rooms very clean & organize. 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

Have been a Patient of Dr Raskin since around 2007. This place is amazing from front desk / to billing / to out patient facility hands down Best of the Best! Dr. Raskin is like the "Cartier" of doctors! Doctor–patient relationship is unmatched ... I have recommended all my family members and friends and they all come back 110% satisfied and in good health .. all taken care of ! Thank you Dr Raskin and Team !

I came here for the first time for bloating and abdominal pain and all I can say is that Dr. Raskin is truly one of a kind. He's witty, patient and extremely knowledgeable. I work for a dental practice so I know the importance of patient care and customer service, and EVERYONE in the office was super professional and friendly. I'm very happy that I chose Dr. Raskin. Highly recommend.
