Horrible front desk associate, never opens the window to talk to u. Never pick up the phone or leaves u on hold forever. I had an emergency & was told to go to an emergency room or emergimed. Horrible medical ethics. Doesn't care about his patients.

Really 2.5! I think Dr. Shah could be a fabulous Doctor, because he listens to your concerns.......however,!!! he will never listen to your heart or lungs, never feel your nodules around your neck. He doesn't physically examine, he solely relies on your blood test you take every 3 months. Then you have to go back to the office to get the results they will never give it to you over the phone. Even if your results are serious or emergency!!!! That's a serious issue.

Excellent doctor. I've been a patient for over 15 years and he's very thorough and answers all of my questions. The office can be busy at times but he always takes his to e with me and other family members. Always 5 stars!

They were decent but lately they do not care anymore people at front desk (receptionist) are very rude They should be corrections officers instead may do a better job there

Been here more then year. Dr Shah will shake his head and will say everything is ok everything is ok, but when u complain about issues he will ask u to take vitamins. He is not helpful.

I be been trying to call at North Bergen office and nobody's pick up the phones for over a week to get my prescription for my Diabetes .I be been calling to Secaucus office..and is the same..Very poor services for patients.Services at Dr Shah offices..is terrible!!!

Love Dr. Shah. I’ve been going to him for years! Staff in friendly and knowledgeable and Dr.Shah is always caring. I moved an hour away and still make the trip to see him for my physicals and blood work!

Worst office ever..I need my test results bc they never call back...never answering the phones and when they do they put you on hold for the longest time..then says they are open until 5pm ..I called at 4:26pm says they are closed..

I being going to see Dr. Shah since last year for weight loss program, I feel amazing with the results, he has changed my life, love the staff, specially Amanda and Monjed they rock 😊😘
