I would love to Give zero star if there would be an option for it.. The worse front desk I have ever seen, these people don't have manners to talk to their patients. They are very very Rude and nasty.

I have been a patient of Dr. Acharya’s, for almost 18 years! Cannot say enough good things about her!! She is thorough, patient and super attentive/sensitive towards any concerns/questions you have. I see her in the North Brunswick office, and have to give a shout-out for ALL the front desk staff as well. The office is ALWAYS so very busy but even thru phones ringing off the hook at all times the front desk try their best to accommodate you and your requests. Service with a smile. I have recommended the practice to several of my friends and family and everyone has only got great things to say all around! Two thumbs up all around!

Personalized care and attention by all three doctors.. Excellent treatment and service given by Dr. Nuttaki Vimala and Dr. Rashmi Acharya pre, during delivery and post delivery.I was a PCOS patient conceived naturally but got detected with gestational diabetes in pregnancy. Drs guided and directed me well with diet chart and took excellent care of me. Also in sudden complications during delivery Dr. Nutaki and Dr. Acharya made perfect decisions and gave quick actions was a blessing for me and my daughter who was born safely.Big thank you from my daughter Myra to Dr. Nutaki and lots of blessings to Dr. Rashami Acharya and whole team.Hats off to Drs. Front desk will put you on hold for at least 15 minutes and no response. If you have that much patience to get an appointment then try that. Very rude no professionalism.

The front desk people are rude and don’t value our time at all .. the worst staff I’ve ever seen .

One of the best Drs you will ever find. Dr Acharya has delivered 2 of my babies & she was awesome...always caring & understanding. I have recommended her to all my friends & family.

I last visited Dr. Acharya in July 2020 for my annual checkup and after coming home i had a question to ask Dr. Acharya. I contacted the front desk and requested them to convey my message to Dr. Acharya. For 4 months no reply came. After that i called 2 times more and requested for a call back. Every time they said that she is too busy to call but will call within a week. Every time it is the same answer and i am still waiting for her call. I feel frustrated and sad that after being her patient for last 10 years i did not expect this.

Very insensitive, rude and unprofessional receptionist. I had taken an appointment for a second opinion as I am going through a difficult pregnancy. I had clearly mentioned on my first call that I already have a doctor and I am going through a tough time. Just want to consult Dr. Achariya for a second opinion, not that I have fully decided to change my doctor. The lady in Edison office called me two days before to confirm the appointment and at that time I said I think I am feeling better, and I’ll hold on to taking the second opinion at this moment. In future I might need her if god forbid things get worse. She started cursing me saying why did you waste our time!!! This is unbelievable. I expected her to tell me good to know that you are feeling better. When I am cancelling the appointment ahead of time what is the issue here? All that matters for these people is that we spoke for a few minutes, and they did not make any money. Does humanity exist in this world for these people? I felt no one cares about the health of the patient and money is everything for them.

For all my high risk pregnancies she was there for me. Dr. Acharya is best and she knows how to make you calm. she is very compassionate and i love her and i am a big fan of her.
