Great doctor! Friendly and informative! But horrible, horrible receptionist. She couldn't make an appointment, she couldn't contact my insurance provider, She couldn't give me an estimate of how much my medical procedure would cost me after telling me she would call me up and give me the details. I had to follow up with her twice, and whenever I called, she wouldn't even remember that she had to give me an estimate. Pathetic experience! Had she contacted my insurance provider, I wouldn't have to pay $100 out of pocket. It came as a shock as my visits are usually covered. Aftee the second visit, she said I had to pay since she never verified it with my Insurance provider! Very annoyed at her "professionalism". Either she's very disinterested at her job, does not take it seriously or does not remember her tasks. Dr. Shah please change your receptionist or you would be losing patients!

It was the first consultation. The doctor Amit Shah was very professional and explained my condition well. Unfortunately, my insurance doesn’t cover the treatment now. The only thing is the front desk's lack of effort to serve; when I asked for my medical records, they said they would send them through email, but I never got them; I called multiple times, and I was in pain and even had to cancel the appointment I had whit another physician (that took me a month to book), so I decided to go to the office to pick my records up...otherwise I will be still waiting for them.

My visits with Dr. Shah are always good. The staff is professional and courteous. Dr. Shah is knowledgeable and pleasantly discusses the medical issues with his patients. I’m always confident that I’m in good hands with Dr. Shah.

Dr. Shah was very courteous and knowledgeable - he was able to ease the chronic pain in my ankle which has been bothering me for years. Dr. Shah was very patient and all ears to 1st understand what was my pain point and why and addressed all my concerns. My visit was pleasant and I would highly recommend him as a professional podiatrist

Dr. Shah and his staff are all very professional and courteous. He takes the time to listen to your problem and figure out how to treat your issue. He has three options in terms of office locations. I would definitely recommend him.
