Terrible...still waiting on a call back from 2 wks ago. Still waiting on a call back from 2 hrs ago. How do you find the time to respond to a Google review but not return a patient's call? Did you really look into whether or not the below review has OUR children as your patients. You DIDN'T. Because they are YOUR PATIENTS. Unfu!@ing real! UPDATE as of 1/16/2023! My husband just went and picked up our 3 children's medical records due to us switching doctor's because this doctor could careless about some of her patients. Good riddance!

We have been taking our son here since birth. We met Dr. Esterov when she came to the hospital when our son was born 6 years ago and he just love her. It’s been a pleasure and she takes the time to listen to our concerns. The best part is, our son is never nervous to visit the office. He’s always happy to see her. One of the most convenient things is they always try their best to squeeze us in last minute when ever we are experiencing anything unusual. She really is great and we are glad she was recommended to us.

This was the worst experience!!!!!!!! We had an appointment and still waited over an hour, when we finally got in Dr Esterov didn’t even try to talk to us or anything told us she will be back and moved on to another patient! She is rude and unprofessional I don’t even know how she is licensed to work with children. On top of everything she didn’t even check my kids properly and couldn’t answer any basic questions because she was in a hurry. Do yourself and your child a favor and don’t go to her! If you still decide you want to make an appointment you will see for yourself. This lady should not be in the business!!!!!! Please share your experiences with this Horrible doctor So other parents don't have to go through what we went through. Then you respond that we ha e never been there and it must a mistake.!! Not true! I will be coming down to pick up there files as you have them. Your front desk employee had me on hold for over ten min when I asked to speak with you and then came on to say your too busy.. I get it your with other people, but never called me back. You wore so quick to respond to the review. Pathetic absolutely pathetic!!!!!!

Rude doctor. The staff was nice, but Dr.Estorov had no patience with children !! Never again. I never met a doctor who is as unprofessional as she is !

Dr. Estrov is the Best my daughter has been under her care since 3 months old now she is 15 years old ...she takes pride and time into her patients and that's what I admire about Dr. Estrov

I wouldn’t recommend her to my worst enemy! Unfortunately she’s a typical Medicaid doctor, your kids are just a number there all they care about is the money. Plus they are very mean there!
