Just decided not to submit my sample to lab without even informing me they will not. I should have taken the test elsewhere as I need the result for school purpose. Did not even consider how hard it is to get appointment and how long the wait is for the result. After waiting for a week for the result that is not really coming. Even made an excuse that CDC said There should be no testing for 90 days after a positive result. Upon reading CDC even recommended to test after 5 days of testing positive. Also to get tested when asked by school or work etc. Just pure arrogance the doc even saying Why We are there we already know my son is positive via home test.

This is the second visit first one I schedule and waited for 45 minutes from schedule time which is insane, this time I schedule for walk in , usually should call with in not more than 30 minutes but Waited for 1 hour and 50 minutes and than I get called , when I ask at reception says they will call you , what the hell it’s urgent Care for kids it’s very impossible to sit with kids in car and just keep waiting , would like to give negative star , please confirm your appointment and take some audio recording once you come in no wait at least can save time don’t know what else to say but this is frustrated

I brought my daughter in as a walkin after getting a phone call from her daycare because she wasn't feeling well and needed a doctor's note in able to return to daycare, everything was going well until when the doctor came in to see her but the minute i mentioned that she needed a doctor's note so she can return to daycare thats where she said in order for her to return she needs a covid test because her two symptoms was related. When i told her that she was recently tested she said that in order to get a doctor's note she has to get tested. I declined it and then she got upset and said then it will be ten days for her return to the daycare. Ive been here countless times and this was the first time they forced me to have my child take a covid test.

they make you undergo a "patient assessment" with a covid test so that they can bill you $75 per person. go literally *anywhere* else if you need a covid test

BEWARE!!.. my daughter was misdiagnosed twice. and then on her summary sheet the doctor wrote something completely different from the things he had mentioned in the room that he suspected was wrong with her. They need to get more knowleageable doctors in this place ..the doctor that saw my daughter was so nonchalant and was just throwing around different types of diagnoses as I kept questioning him....how can a doctor be handling an emergency for children and lack so much knowledge. The diagnoses he was mentioning was not sound and didnt make any sense to me and i have a background in healthcare, we went from allergies to.. walking pneumonia ..to them finally writing on the summary sheet that it might be possible exposure to covid when they knew that she has already taken a test that came out negative!... Then ended up prescribing anitboitics.. if you suspect its Covid and not the walking pneumonia why prescribe antibiotics!!!!.. This is the second time i have been to this place and each time had the worst experince with the doctors. And for an urgent care.. there is nothing urgent about that place. The wait is soo long !! this place is a waste of money and time!!

Long wait time, appointment time is not honored, people entering late admitted before even if you arrive on time for appointments.

My experience was a surprise today.  PM Pediatrics was outstanding from the front desk to the doctor.  My previous experience at another location was horrible but today I had no other choice for a pediatric urgent care so I took a chance.  The nurse was absolutely fantastic.  She was patient, kind and did not talk down to my 12 year old son who needed staples in his head.    She made a unwanted trip a pleasant experience, thank you!  The doctor was the same.  Kind, not rushed, and listened to my son with understanding he was in pain.  Thank you for making a difficult and scary situation a positive experience.  Well done!!

Ridiculous experience for sick kids

Made an appointment 24 hours in advance for a Covid test because the website said they did rapids. They don’t offer rapids to everyone and we waited over 2 hours for a pcr test before leaving because there was no end in sight to the wait.
