The worst customer service I ever received. Front desk manager was excessively rude, condescending, and clearly shouldn’t be in the field of work she is in. Don’t book with them, there are plenty of other orthopedic Dr.‘s around the area that hire the appropriate workers.

Worst customer service, front desk manager is a sham. Book with any other orthopedist in the area and save the trouble.

Worst customer service I’ve ever received. Do yourself a favor and see any other orthopedic Dr in the area. They can hire competent and kind staff.

Dr Sieler and his staff are truly wonderful and outstanding professionals. He has been instrumental in my mother’s healing and recovery of her tibia fracture. She was days away from having her leg amputated, to walking again (with help still, but improving). He and his staff have been caring and knowledgeable through the process. I’m truly grateful we got him as her ortho-surgeon at RWJ Hospital. 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼

I broke two bones in my arm after falling on my outstretched hand and he was able to insert two plates and 14 screws and mend it back together successfully. It healed perfectly. It healed in 6 months, just in time for the softball season at my highschool. I was able to play the entire season with no issues. I have two scars on either side of my arm and both healed amazingly. It's been a little over two years since my injury and my thumb and pointer finger are partially numb, but I am able to move both of them with complete strength. I completely shattered the bones, so I am not surprised if nerves tore on their own. I would rather have some numbness than lack of mobility in my arm! I think with the severity of my injury, he did a great job and I am so thankful! Definitely would recommend.

This followed tearing my medial meniscus in my knee the month before. As a doctor, I know how complicated that the recovery from this type of injury can be and that some people never get full functioning back. Despite my unfortunate circumstances, I was blessed to have found Dr. Shawn Sieler. With his surgical skill, I am now near 100%. Through 7 months of grueling and painful physical therapy, he was there with me every step of the way encouraging me, while many other experts did not believe I would get full function back. He is kind and compassionate. For the rest of my life, I will be grateful to Dr. Sieler for being the amazing physician that he is. As a family doctor, I know many orthopedists. I can say without pause that he is the best.

Sieler is incompetent. He cut a nerve in my ankle and my big toe is always numb and burning. I get constant edema and can't walk. Constant cellulitis. He ignored my whiplash, never gave me any tests, treatment or recommendations to specialists. He constantly made fun of me because I had so many fractures, constantly yelled at me, very disrespectful, would not let me get a second opinion. He caused me so much excruciating pain because of his incompetence. STAY AWAY FROM SHAWN D. SIELER. HE'S A CLOWN.
