I was greeted by the nice lady working the front desk. I arrived one hour early and she managed to get me in early. I was then greeted by the assistant who took me to the back. She was professional, courteous, understanding & gorgeous lol. I was taken to the MRI lab and sat uncomfortably in the upright MRI. One half hour later it was over. I have to say the entire staff had my back and I'd definitely recommend everyone to visit AMI. Thank you AMI staff you'll are the greatest.

Both the front desk person and Denise (who did my MRI) were very knowledgeable, courteous and pleasant today. I had no wait beyond my scheduled appointment and the MRI films were ready for me as soon as I returned to the waiting room. What efficiency! That doesn't always happen but this Northfield location for the open MRI was wonderful! Thank you, Lynne S
