Dr. Perez is exactly what one needs in a primary doctor - listens, explains, personable, concerned, extremely knowledgeable and provides follow-ups when needed -- office calls back with "how are you" after a procedure or emergency. The whole Shore Medical Group coordinates will and I trust Dr. Perez's information, and that is the most important.

Office staff is incompetent and bordering on rude. I called on the day I found out that I was exposed to bacterial meningitis, in very close surroundings, to request a talk with Dr. Perez, 7/26,the girl said she would let him know, I never heard back so I called next day, another person answered, said there was no message & finally got her to say she would message him still have not heard. When I asked her if the doctor would call me she said she was sending info as an FYI, I reminded her this was BACTERIAL MENINGITIS, she was non plussed, when I asked her if she had my number she curtly said of course I do! Since Dr Perez is not receiving his messages I will regrettably be forced to find another primary physician.

Dr. Perez is the best General Physician I have has the perfect combination of expertise, genuine care, and makes his patients feel at ease and comfortable about discussing any medical issues. He has referred me to excellent specialists for neurology and ophthalmology. It goes without saying that I highly recommend Dr. Perez as an internal medicine and general physician.

Dr. Perez has been my primary doctor for a few years and I find him very patient, thorough, caring and personable. I appreciate his ability to relay information so that I may understand. Dr. Perez and staff have always treated with with professional courtesy. They are all a great group of people.

Excellent thorough Doctor. I was very sick and was able to get in an emergency appointment. He was very kind and accommodating. He will definitely be my family physician. The staff he has also very nice.
