I love Dr Cozzarelli. She is a fantastic dr whom listens and truly cares about her patients. She spends a lot of her time with each patient and is kind and caring. She is passionate about what she does and believe me it shows. She gives each patient her time and her staff is also fantastic. Thank you Dr. Cozzarelli Franklin. :)
Been my Dr for many years have total confidence
Dr. Cozzarelli-Franklin is a wonderful doctor. Not only am I a patient, but my mother and daughter are also patients of her internal medicine practice, so she oversees the care of three generations of my family. She is extremely thorough and has discovered issues that have sent us to specialists and have, in some cases, required further testing and treatment. In each case we were thankful that she found the problem and guided us to the right doctor so that whatever it was could be taken care of. The wait time in her office can be long, but that is because she spends so much time going over bloodwork, talking about issues, and answering questions. She does not rush through a visit, so the wait is well worth the attention Dr. Cozzarelli gives to each patient. I highly recommend this dedicated doctor.
For years I tried several different doctors hoping to find someone I would be comfortable with and who would spend time discussing any health concerns I had. I found everything and more in Dr. Annette Cozzarelli. Dr. Cozzarelli is not only extremely thorough but she is kind and compassionate. She patiently listens to any issues I may have and guides me in the right direction. In fact, I quit smoking because of her non-judgemental way of making me realize I needed to stop.. and I did and never went back. I will be forever grateful to have a doctor who is my true health advocate and who had always had my best interests at heart. An added bonus is a phenomenal office staff. An A++++++++++ in every regard.
I have been a patient of DR Cozzarelli's for 20 years. She has diagnosed me with various health issues thru the years and helped me thru them all..She is patient, thorough and will answer all your questions and concerns...I am so grateful I found Dr Cozzarelli..
Dr. Annette Cozzarelli-Franklin has been my doctor for many years. She is a great doctor. Always attentive and answers all of my questions. Her stall is top notch. They have always been helpful to me and I have no complaints about them. They are one of the only medical practices that answer the phone and actually understand my question. They get back to me with an answer and I cannot ask for more. I am more than willing to wait for her to get to me, because she is busy taking care of other patients. I know when my turn comes, I will receive her undivided attention! Best Doctor ever! Lorraine
I have been a patient of Dr. Cozzarelli for years. I too was annoyed by the wait time. HOWEVER, when you are with Dr. Cozzarelli she is with you! I have never been rushed out of an examination with her. So you have to keep in mind that while she is taking the time to answer all of your questions, someone else is waiting. You have to adjust your schedule accordingly. Dr. Cozzarelli really cares about her patients and it shows. She is diligent with your health care even when you are not. Her staff has been there a long time. They are always professional.
I originally tried to schedule an appointment with Dr. Cozzarelli back in August for a September date, but was told she wouldn't be available until November to see new patients. I agreed and took the November appointment. Shortly thereafter I received call that Dr. Cozzarelli wouldn't be able to see me until December 10th (mind you my initial call was at the end of August), I was disappointed but agreed because she came highly recommended from a dear friend who's opinion I value and trust. Today, 11/20/18 after waiting for months, I received a call saying that Dr. Cozzarelli can't see me until February 2019. At this point I no longer want an appointment with Dr. Cozzarelli after being treated this way and am disappointed that I wasted so much time waiting for an appointment that would never be. It's already frustrating to have health issues and not know the cause. It shouldn't be an uphill battle for a medical office to KEEP an appointment they agreed to in the first place. Needless to say, I will not be waiting until February.
The staff are so rude and the wait time is not 16-30 minutes. It’s 2.5 HOURS.
I will start by staying she is a great Dr. I changed to Summit Medical Group in Clifton because one thing I cannot tolerate is sitting in a waiting room for 45 minutes which is what you do when you come to this office. POOR MANAGEMENT ! Also, this staff is not accommodating at all & rude. I misplaced my MRI order, asked the nasty receptionist to please fax it. Nope! I was told I had to travel to the office to pick up the order OR send a self addressed envelope. In this day and age, patient satisfaction goes a long way - these people need to be replaced ! As for Dr., she is very thorough, intelligent and excellent doctor who returns calls, will call you after 7pm to discuss results. She is a bit over-the-top with ordering tests & sometimes I walk out of there thinking I have a disease because she searches for a diagnosis for something that doesn't bother me but I guess better safe than sorry?! Dr seriously needs to replace that staff and be more time efficient with scheduling her appointments. I don't know if it is poor management or if the doctor is the one who wants the staff to overbook & wait up to an hour. No doctor is worth that. My time is valuable, also. She lost me as a patient due to all of the above.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
