If you are really sick, this doctor will be of no help. My father has used him for under a year. When he really needed to see Pastena, his staff brushed us off and told us they cannot see him for 3 weeks. Days later my dad was in the hospital. When we needed prescriptions after his hospital stay, Pastena's useless staff provided us excuses, sending wrong prescriptions, wrong dosages, under wrong names, this list goes on. They even suggested to have him come back into the office to see the doctor even when he was there two days prior. They are unreliable and they shouldn't be in that position to help any patient. It's been a nightmare!

Amazing experience. I have been thru 3 pcp’s in the last year that can’t even get historical meds filled correctly. One visit, 1, to this office. I got all my meds, several imaging and Gastro orders I have not been able to get in a year. Incredible. The staff so nice and helpful. The nurse that draws blood is wonderful. And the Doctor, undivided attention for a solid 45 mins. I can’t say enough about my visit. 5 stars and more. If your looking for a great pcp experience give this office a try.

I’ve been searching for a pcp since 2017 and today I finally found one! Today was my first visit with Dr. Pastena and I can’t tell you how happy I was with my visit. He is very thorough, knowledgeable, patient, asked a tons of questions and didn’t make me feel like I was just another patient. As of today he will be my family physician. His staff was professional and courteous and I didn’t wait more than 10 minutes to be seen. Overall, it was an excellent first visit!!

Terrible, they will do anything to get money out of you. Even if you ask a question they’ll charge you. Ever since summit medical group bought them they’ve gone down hill
