I had blockage in my ear I could not hear I had severe ringing dr. Wallace cleaned it out and has given me some hope that the ringing will totally go away also the staff is very friendly and professional

Briefly looked at my nose... said it looked ok to him and it would heal without surgery... 6 weeks later I was given a second opinion... should have had surgery within 2 weeks of injury... ended up having a Septorhinoplasty...do not go to him

Starting off when I made my appointment they had told me they take my insurance then when I got there they were saying that they didn’t MIND YOU he is on my insurance website that is how I found him in the first place I had to pay $200 just do get disrespected and gaslit. He was one of the absolute worst doctors I have ever been to he was very rude didn’t explain anything to me even though I kept asking questions he kept brushing everything off and didn’t even listen to what I was saying he acted like he automatically knew what was going on he wouldn’t even let me tell my full story on how I’m feeling he was no where near thorough and said everything is fine when something is clearly wrong with me he only dealt with me for about 5 minutes and then walked out he is a terrible doctor with a disgusting attitude PLEASE DO NOT GO TO HIM HE WILL NOT HELP YOU!!!!’!!!

I made an appointment with Dr. Wallace for a specific condition that his staff said he had experience with. When I got to his office a nurse told me that he could not see me for the exact condition I explained to his staff when making the appointment. The doctor did not even have the courtesy to see me himself. I wasted two hours of my day. My time is also important.

As an RN of 10 years and someone who values quality care, Dr. Wallace was a huge disappointment.starting with his bedside manner, he walked in the room and mumbled a grouchy hello, I could barely hear him not even sure if he said his name. Regarding his subjective assessment, it was not thorough, he did not collect any medical history, history on the medical complaint of why I was there, any symptoms relating to the abnormal complaint or anything at all. Regarding his objective assessment, he quickly peaked at my mouth for less than 3 seconds and kept going to the side of me. As an ER Nurse, I understand wanting to be careful relating to Covid, but proper assessments are needed and can be life saving. I left the appointment with no medical advice or clear answers just a “sometimes these things are nothing” but what if it is something? Its disheartening that a provider would be presumptuous regarding something as serious as a nodule, yes it could be normal but providing further insight and testing or imaging is safest to ensure that it isnt. He asked me if i had additional imaging,I advised that I didnt and he left it right there and dint even suggest it He seems very burned out and desensitized to patient concerns. I have not fully been worked up for my abnormal findings and I will have to go somewhere else for additional evaluation to ensure that I am safe and healthy.

The staff has very nasty attitude

I just got thank Dr Wallace and Staff , I lost my hearing and Dr Wallace acted quick and got me on a treatment right away and thanks to him I got my hearing back. I definitely recommend Dr Wallace.

Great doctor, friendly staff. Dr Wallace listened and reassured me. He was thorough. I like his kind manner and easy laugh.
