Balance bills patients, no bedside manner, rude, annoying. Patient care comes second to billing.

I have had her for several years. The only reason I no longer use her services is because I moved out of state.

She is great. I would truly recommend Dr Maria Del Vecchio. However, I never would because they would have to go through her staff! They never know what I need or have my records on hand. They always ask me what to do. They are never knowledgeable about the processes and needs that patients have. I found out years later that I had never had basic important things that I needed. The reason? I never asked for it. How do I ask for things I don't know about?

I have only seen this doctor at New Jersey Plastic Surgery. I believe she is on their staff part time for some cosmetic things. She did laser treatments on my face and they came out fantastic. I had very uneven skin tone from years of acne as a kid and was always unhappy even with makeup. I had no idea it could be that easy to fix. I like that she explained options to me which made me feel like she knew her stuff. The results are great, price was awesome and everyone there was nice. I have no complaints at all.

Doctor Del Vecchio is a great doctor she stay's up to date with the holistic side as well which is what I like. I have been able to discuss any concerns about my health and get a straight answer if I like or not, she shoot's from the hip!!!

My experience with this doctor have always been pleasant I was surprised to see some of the reviews about bad bedside manner. My experience has always been the opposite.

The Staff at New Jersey Plastic Surgery Center in Montclair is professional and caring. I had Cool Sculpting by Zeltiq done 1 month ago today and I am very pleased with the results thus far. A very noticeable improvement in the areas treated. I believe this is due to the knowledge and deligence of the doctor and technician. The location is aesthetically pleasing, service remarkable. I strongly reccomend for anyone looking for quality service.

It is impossible to get an appointment with this doctor. Nutley office says to go to Montclair office, Montclair says no. Call back Nutley, they say the type of appointment needed is at Montclair office. Montclair office says they never heard of patient, even though patient has gone twice. Ask for doctor to call; never does. Send email to doctor; never responds. In desperation to find results of blood work, ask for test results to be sent to regular doctor; the office refuses. Ask if results can to given to patient over the phone. First they say they have no records, then they say no, need to make an appointment, but they won't give appointment. I have never encountered a more unconcerned doctor and uncaring staff EVER! I suggest for sanity's sake that you avoid this office and doctor.

You will find it impossible to get an appointment. The doctor has two offices and the staff each claim the patient is at the other office and refuse to make appointments. When you ask for the doctor, she refuses to answer or call back. She does not answer her emails. She refuses to send medical records to other doctors. I have never met a doctor or doctor's office that is so uncaring and incompetent. DO NOT GO TO THIS DOCTOR!

Bad bedside manner. Made me very nervous. Lightin up!
