I usually don't write reviews But today 3/14/2023 I had a very bad experience with front desk, at this doctor's office as I was speaking to this person she won't even gave me eye contact, it is disrespectful and impolite it was my first and last day at this place.

Just had surgery for my deviated septum and chronic sinusitis....Dr. Youseff and his staff were excellent. They kept me informed throughout the process. After going to other ent's with no success...I have found relief!! Their office is the best running office I have ever experienced. A special thank you to Monica who went above and beyond for me...I highly recommend this office...the convienience of getting a cat scan on premises and their outstanding professionalism are more reason why. Thank you to all of the staff!

Wish I could give 0 stars. Paid 100 dollars to sit with the doctor for 5 min. Told him I had inner ear pressure, dizziness and ringing in my ears. referred me to see a cardiologist and left the room. terrible service. find another ent who cares to do some diagnostic testing not just look into your ear canal and say all is good.

I would highly recommend that office for any ENT issues . I have been dealing with them since 2015.

A wonderful office! The doctors and staff are great! They handle you with great care! My deviated septum was a tough challenge to solve but Dr. Youseff did an amazing job! Because of him I can now breath properly! If you’re experiencing any ENT issues don’t hesitate to come here, you won’t regret it!

Yes they do thorough checkups and even send to expensive MRI. They are well organized. You do not get to wait long time. However, doctor seems in salesman position rather than healing. Since I conduct active life at my age (military style with spots) I need my ear to be working so I can scuba dive and snorkel with diving which requires blowing air in deeper water to avoid pain from pressure). He said they do surgery with some device or what not to solve problems. The problem was tinnitus I could not hear high pitch sounds in that ear(surprise of masking by tinnitus! Go figure).They cleaned the ear and then doctor came when I complained about numbness and broke off something saying it was wax (after cleaning by them???). It was painful and ended up with lot of blood for some days. I think he removed something he should not. Nevertheless when I asked for explanation on what I see on MRI photos he said: "you do not need know". Right. My body and I pay for service -I do not need to know.
