Never go to this office to see any doctors. They make you wait for at least an hour everytime and the staff is incredibly rude.

Dr. Gould is amazing he went above and beyond helping me with a surgical paperwork. Called me several times even called my surgery center. Definitely going back to him. He was kind, professional and courteous.

Worst doctor ever. Terrible office experience and complete failure as a primary care physician. Only nice person there was the woman that draw me blood. Everyone else completely incompetent. Look into summit health drs.

I had selected him as my doctor but I was trying to get ahold of him he only has hours on Tuesdays and Thursdays and then and even answer the phone until like 11 11:30 in the morning this doctor is not working

Dr. Gould has very limited office hours that make it extremely difficult in obtaining an appointment. He is tough to get a hold of after office hours if an emergency should arise. When you are relaying symptoms, chief complaints, etc. he is quick to judge without taking into consideration a patients description of illness. He is nasty, rude, condiscending and snarky. He displays a very poor bedside manner. I would recommend to those to stay far far away. His answer to everything is "I'll draw bloodwork" and he can't even do that properly. How many doctors do you know that cannot even perform a simple task as a blood draw. He displays a laissez-faire attitude which is not condusive to being a good diagnostician.
