List of Peter Zazzali's Reviews
Friendly and Professional Office Staff and Dr Zazzali was very knowledgeable and a true gentleman about my concerns. He made the visit very comfortable
Staff is horrible, disrespectful. To get an appointment with them of the phone is impossible. My blood test result was sent by electronically to his office. Receptionist told me over and over that no result yet. I had to go to the lab myself to get it. The lab workers told me that the test result was sent to the doctor office the next day. When I went to Dr. Zazzali office to complain they were so disrespectful towards me. Today I had an appointment but they forgot to tell me that only cash or check. I was upset. Fortunately i had enough cash with me. 5 minutes later the receptionist told me that the Dr. Zazzali will not see me because I always have a problem with them. They make so much mistake and problems and also lies. Because I confronted them they do not want to see me as a patient. HORRIBLE PEOPLE! !!!!!!
My mother was very sick and she lived (I believe) many years more than expected because of his care. Cannot say enough good things about him and his family. But, I will tell you that he is my doctor and I will never change.
The service at the office itself was ok. Other than that awful and unprofessional, impossible to call the office as another reviewer said. They took blood work, and I asked for the results, two months later, still have no idea what it is. Cannot call in to make another appointment or collect my information.
I met this doctor at Clara Maass Hospital and was delighted to find out he accepts new patients in his private practice. Everyone asks about a waiting time, but who cares. Feel that I am with the right doctor after my office consultation with him-cannot say enough good about him and what he has done for my family member who was very ill in the intensive care unit.
Was treated by him after I met him in the ICU at Clara Maas, caring for a family member. Highly in demand and works directly with patients. NOTE: His office is very busy!
Got right to the point of my visit and with time has helped me a great deal.
What a nightmare! I have never in my life met a more arrogant, rude doctor. I took my elderly mother to him and it was the biggest mistake. She is from Italy and was used to such kind Italian doctors. He should have chosen a different career---prison warden!!
I hadn't been to the doctors in three years, and I was referred to Peter by 3 friends when I came down with serious allergies/cold. Many people mentioned long wait times, but I didn't experience this while in the waiting room, but once I was in the patient room there was a little wait. When he comes in he asks questions to assure he gives the best diagnose. Usually doesn't stay with the patient more than 5-10 minutes. Yes, he has you come back to talk about test results, but I feel its more personal that way. The nurses are all different, some more personable than others. I do have to say though, one three occasions I called in to be seen, and had no problem being put on the schedule same day. Billing IS NOT the best. I've has several mistakes be made, called in to correct it, but yet no corrections.
Saved my life. i read all the other comments....I geuess these people have never been sick enough to understand what it is like to have a doctor with confidence, experience, and the competence to help when needed.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
