I came and I signed in. Shortly I was called to be seen by the dental assistant who gave me pre-meds because I had surgery. I was then seen by the doctor who checked my teeth. The doctor and dental assistant were very cordial, friendly and professional. Then I had my teeth cleaned by another dental staff. Lastly they scheduled my next appointment. Everyone was friendly and timely. Everything went well. I have told family and friends how good Eastern Dental is and I highly recommend their services.

Had a partial done in July one of the tooth from the partial fell out , walked into the office on 3/21/22 approached the desk , it was a young lady sitting there as I explain to her the reason I was there she made me feel real secure in reassuring me that they would fix it and gave me a appointment later that day. The people that work on you in the back always pleasant , I love this office. Never had a problem been coming here for years. 10/11/2023 Had a cleaning today it was a great experience but the front fest girl were not pleasant at all they need to be trained how greet people in another matter I was uncomfortable the whole time in the waiting room . Not a good look for such a great staff in the back.

5-6 years ago I had a tooth that was bad .. They tried pulling it and broke off.. The nova cane wore off and I felt it all for ten mins .. Could not get tooth as they are training students .. about three messes with my tooth .. lady doing suction was impatient and rough . I went home in pain and came back next day as surgeon was in that day to finish job .. I was in major pain as tooth was broken off .. Again novacane that didn’t work .. felt the whole thing for about 40mins and while pulling tooth I snapped the chair in two places.. head area and back .. was how painful and hard I was grabbing chair and I almost passed out from the pain was worse I ever felt.. I would never go to this place again.. ..strongly urge somewhere else if u love ya teeth

The doctor stabbed me in exactly the wrong place, leaving me in pain for a week.Then she arbitrarily told me I had a huge hole in my tooth and it had to be worked on and that I'd have to have another tooth - a molar extracted! If I can avoid going back there I will.

Eastern dental has the full package. Front staff are great, dentists were friendly and efficient, and the hygienists did wonderfully. I will be coming back here for all my NJ dental needs. Also, they have a orthodontist, periodontist, and oral surgeon that come by once a week -- all in one!
