This was my pediatric dentist/orthodontist until age 14. This man was so mean and rough with me when my mother was not around. I was in so much pain and he constantly told me that’s just the way it is. I genuinely believed the dentist was supposed to hurt for years. I’m now 29 and finally not afraid of the dentist anymore. Just spare your child the trauma and find a dentist who is patient and kind enough to treat children/teens. Not surprised he doesn’t remember me, but even after 15 years, I vividly remember those doctor visits. I just wanted to spare any other children of this experience so they don’t have to be afraid of the dentist.

They wouldn't make an apt because I wasn't comfortable texting them pictures of insurance cards and info. After I asked to speak to someone to make a complaint because I should be able to email or bring them in person and my only option shouldn't be to send a text from my personal number and when I asked to speak to a manager, Liz Who said she is in fact the office manager refused to make an appointment for my kids. I even asked for an email to send but my only option was to send them via text. I shouldn't have to send my kids insurance info through a text.

Dr. Gindi is a wonder pediatric dentist and has always been great with both my girls now 21 and 18. I highly recommend.

I agree completely with many of these posts that give Dr. Gindi a 1 star review. He should not be treating young children. I was appalled when I saw him yell at my 2 year old son (twice) who was there for his first dental appointment. He didn’t understand what was going on. Needless to say, we won’t be returning in 6 months. Any recommendations for a pediatric dentist with exceptional patience and bedside manner?

I walked in to the office with 4 cavities expecting it to be a long and painful procedure, it turns out that I was in and out of the office in 25 minutes, I didn't feel any pain, no numbing or shots... Best dentist by far!

The office manager named Cindy which also happens to be the dentists wife is extremely rude and had her dentist husband call me and cancel my 3 kids appointments that took me a month to book. Very nasty experience. I was appalled

As bad as you can be as a dentist. He traumatized myself & my daughter. Rude & forceful, & dangerous. He shouldn't be working with kids.

Dr Gindi is an exceptional pediatric dentist. He treated my 2 1/2 year old with skill, patience and expertise. I am extremely pleased and highly recommend him!
